The transparency is also a nice peace of mind for tenants because they can see their deposit at any time and earn interest during the full term of their lease. **What do you dislike about Whale?** I think they could make some improvements to the property manager interface where it was easier to integrate with other PM softwares or have a better portal for adding new properties and requesting deposits, but overall the system is really easy to use and their customer service and responsiveness makes this really not a big issue at all. **What problems is Whale solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whale makes it easy to collect and hold security deposits.
