**What do you like best about BSI Software?**

I like how BSI Software keeps everything organized, helps teams work together faster, and makes customer management simple. It avoids data confusion, reduces manual work, and improves team coordination. These features save time, reduce mistakes, let everyone see the same information, and improve team communication. They make managing customers and tasks much easier. Using BSI Software along with email tools, spreadsheets, and communication apps lets me share data, track tasks, and keep all teams updated easily. We switched to BSI Software for better organization, faster workflows, and easier collaboration across all departments. I would give BSI Software a 9 because it improves organization, saves time, and helps teams work together.

**What do you dislike about BSI Software?**

BSI Software can be complex to learn, some features are not intuitive, setup can take time, and reporting or custom workflows could be easier and faster.

**What problems is BSI Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BSI Software to manage customer data, track sales, and improve customer experience. It organizes information, reduces manual work, and enhances team coordination, saving time and avoiding data confusion while ensuring everyone sees the same information.

I find BSI Software extremely valuable for reducing manual work, managing data effectively, and ensuring error-free operations. BSI Software has really impressed me with its clean interface and smooth performance. It makes daily tasks easier, reduces manual work, and keeps everything well-organized. The support team is also quick and helpful, making the overall experience great.

**What do you dislike about BSI Software?**

BSI Software is good overall, but I feel some features load slowly and the UI could be a bit more modern. A few options are hard to find at first, and occasional bugs need fixing. With a bit more polishing, it can be much better.

BSI CRM gives a 360 degree view & a linkage between the company  & the customer  & works efficiently thereby helps in customer support. 
 Robust reporting  & analytics capabilities to track & measure business  performance.

The steep learning curve for some of the advanced features

The software may be too expensive  & the interface may be complex.
It may take longer time to solve small issues
