We’ve been using Nimbata for over 200 phone numbers, and it’s been an absolute game-changer for our team. The platform makes it incredibly easy to manage all our numbers and campaigns in one place, and the analytics are excellent — we love diving into the detailed reports to see exactly which channels are driving results.

The AI-generated call transcripts and insights have been particularly valuable. They save us loads of time and help us understand customer intent and call quality without having to listen to every call manually.

Setup was smooth, the interface is intuitive, and the support team have always been responsive and helpful.

The AI transcripts are great, but it would be useful to have more flexibility in how insights are categorised or summarised.

I like the call tracking and the call record options. I also liked the quick start aspect of opening an account.

Their support is abysmal and their support tools are difficult to access. Speaking to a human being is impossible, and during a trial, I found it difficult to set up and gain support from anyone there.

As an agency, we’ve used a lot of different tools, but Nimbata has really blown us away. It’s super simple to use with the AI notes  + Sheet integration. 

One of our favorite features is the AI-powered notes. It’s a huge time-saver, giving us quick insights we can actually use. The best part? Nimbata was so easy to set up. We had it up and running in a week. To add, the customer support team is top-notch. We had a few questions during setup, and they were quick to help us out. 

The Google Sheet Integration was a god send. We're able to share this link with clients and they're able to see directly how effective our ad campaigns are. 

Their script has the technology to dynamically swap the phone numbers on the website based on where the visitor comes from (organic vs paid vs social).

Nothing. Honestly such a good tool specially for performance-based marketing agencies.

This software has helped me set up call tracking in a small family owned business. It has helped in so many ways with marketing and analytics. Customer support is responsive and, overall, Nimbata is incredibly cost effective.

There were a few hiccups with software implementation. While the chat support solved all of my issues within 24 hours, it would have been nice to have phone support at that time. Everything works great now, though.

It’s very straightforward to set up, unlike other call-tracking providers. Secondly, the customer service from Nimbata might be the best I’ve gotten from any company. They’re always happy to help and don’t waste your time with canned responses and/or just referring you to a help article, which you’ll be used to if you have worked with any of the more popular call-tracking companies.

Very good tool for call tracking. You can add messages at the beginning of calls and create very practical sequences. I recommend it.

One thing I would have added is the ability to protect calls from robots and botnets... it's something that is not yet available in France but would be very useful.

We really liked their payment model which is what initially attracted us to give it a try. We have used different trackers in the past and found our end-of-month Invoices were eating into our profits. Nimbata's per-call cost significantly reduced our call tracking expenses by 70% in comparison to previous trackers.

There is nothing much that we don't like. Like most products/software there are always minor improvements that could be addressed. The good thing about the Nimbata Team is that they have implemented a lot of the minor/major recommendations that we have given to them which has made our experience even better using the platform.

The service works, which you would think would be the bare minimum requirement, but trust me, many do not, especially CallRail, who were terrible. Nimnata's support is very good as well, unlike, you guessed it, CallRail's.

Nothing yet, to be honest. It has been a refreshing experience working with Nimbata.
