# Which aviation MRO platforms offer seamless integration between scheduling and mobile technician applications?

This is the use case where many MRO platforms fall short, and the gap usually shows up operationally: a scheduler assigns work in one system, a technician sees it on a tablet or phone in another, and any discrepancy between the two becomes a coordination problem rather than a software feature.

Looking at the Aviation MRO category specifically for integration between scheduling and mobile access:

Technicians accessing work orders, due lists, or task cards from a phone or tablet in the field

Schedulers and shop managers see real-time updates when field work is logged

Whether the mobile experience is a full app or a mobile-optimized browser view

Veryon Tracking: Reviewers describe using a phone app to perform preflight checklists, check aircraft status, and update times in real time. The entire flight department is described as having simultaneous access to aircraft status. The technical pub integration ties directly into the tracking system, which means a tech can reference the manual and log the work without switching platforms.

Ramco Aviation Solutions: The "Anywhere Apps" are a named feature of the platform, built specifically for mobile access to the full system. Reviewers describe being able to check maintenance data, enter flight log information, and pull reliability reports from any device. The offline maintenance capability is mentioned in the product description, which matters for remote or hangar environments without reliable connectivity.

CORRIDOR: The customer portal integration lets aircraft owners review and approve work remotely, which creates a scheduling-to-customer handoff that doesn't require phone calls. One reviewer described generating work orders from approved quotes directly in the system, eliminating re-entry. Integration with other systems is flagged as a current limitation in some reviews.

Pelico: Sits in supply chain operations rather than technician scheduling, but reviewers describe it as giving production control teams real-time visibility into what parts are missing and what work orders are blocked. It's the layer that surfaces scheduling blockers before they become delays.

Scheduling-to-mobile is where the ERP-scale tools have an edge on paper. IFS Cloud reviewers point to its field service and real-time dashboard side bringing scheduling and technician work into one system, which is the integration this question is after. The caveat from those same reviews is performance: lookups and reports are called slow by more than one user, and that tends to show up most on mobile. So the integration exists, but it is worth testing responsiveness on a technician's device.
