**What do you like best about Brightr?**

What I liked best about Brightr was their patience and professionalism. It was very easy to work with them, and their content creation skills and overall marketing guidance were key to our success. Having such a well-designed public webpage that is easy to read and understand is a huge boost to our overall marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Brightr?**

I sincerely cannot think of anything I disliked about working with Brightr. We are already planning our next engagement with them!

**Recommendations to others considering Brightr:**

For anyone in the Salesforce ecosystem looking for additional exposure with a beautifully designed and well-written case study, Brightr is the place to go.

**What problems is Brightr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To put it in one word: exposure. We have a part-time marketing team and needed assistance to focus on a single target market.
The Brightr team has experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and understands who we are and what we do without us having to explain it. This was crucial as we had engaged with other marketing agencies in the past who did not grasp our services.
They took the time to really understand our case study, which was the core of their services. They met with our leadership team, delivery team, and our customer.
The benefit was an amazing case study that amplified our expertise. Our customer was equally excited about the results, which helped us to build an even stronger partnership with them.

**What do you like best about Brightr?**

The ease of use! As a full-service Salesforce consulting company, we take great pride in our work, cultivating, growing, and supporting our clients is the key to our ongoing success. Sometimes, showcasing these achievements is not always easy to get done. Our clients lead busy lives, and our projects are constantly evolving, which can sometimes cause us to miss opportunities to share our success stories. Fortunately, Brightr simplifies this process, making it seamless and efficient. The Brighter platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to capture and highlight significant victories with our clients and transforming our successes into well-deserved company recognition, celebrating the partnerships we have built with our clients.

**What do you dislike about Brightr?**

There are no dislikes that I have encountered about Brightr.  In addition to that - the Brightr team is always accessible and dedicated to making every story showcased a success.

**Recommendations to others considering Brightr:**

I strongly recommend giving Brightr a try at least once. I am confident that this experience will lead to a long-lasting partnership with Brightr.

**What problems is Brightr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is that, at times, due to time constraints, we miss out on showcasing successful client projects. This platform assists us in capturing these success stories, and, most importantly, it drastically reduces the time required for this task. By seamlessly transforming project highlights into precise snapshots, it not only enhances our storytelling capabilities but also significantly cuts down the time required to do so!
