I really like Brightcall.ai's Multi-Line Dialer, which allows us to efficiently manage calls both locally and internationally, whether it's a single call or in bulk. Additionally, I appreciate the Speed to Lead feature that lets us place a widget on our landing pages, enabling leads to contact us within 55 seconds. This makes everything centralized and trackable. Furthermore, the initial setup was easy and hassle-free, and the system's excellent calling features, along with the '55-second rule,' make it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now, the downside for us is that if we are using the Multi-Line Dialer, it doesn't appear as a local number, but as an international one that sometimes it flagged us as a scammer by most owner leads we are calling. Aside from the excellent calling features and the '55-second rule,' it would be even more valuable if Brightcall.ai could add integrated video meeting capabilities (like Zoom/Meet within the platform).
