What do you like best about Bridge Connector?

The Bridge Connector Team has demonstrated, on multiple levels, that they were the right choice for ILH. Bridge Connector clearly has expertise regarding data integration- this is undisputed. However, what has truly set them apart from other vendor organizations is the hyper-vigilant approach in ensuring value is being delivered across all facets of our organization; sales, services and technical. It was evident prior to entering into a Business Relationship with Bridge Connector that they were a good partner, thus the transition to Business Associate was the logical next step. What do you dislike about Bridge Connector?

It would be helpful to have more documentation on best practices on engagement to share with Customer Facing teams, as well as Case Studies that apply to our core customer base; Large Hospitals and IDNs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridge Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?

Discrete Data Integration. The relationship with Bridge Connector is new, but having the ability to send discrete data back to Electronic Health Systems is pertinent in our go-to-market strategy as well as ensuring accurate information is shared across disparate systems within the full care continuum. What do you like best about Bridge Connector?

That they are available to answer any questions and concerns that might occur during and after integration. The point person that you get assigned already has experience with those certain EMR's and will help you get to the next level. What do you dislike about Bridge Connector?

Unfortunately, you are not able to integrate every data point. There are some EMR's that we are not able to integrate with our Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bridge Connector solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of working off many different spreadsheets, everything is organized in one system. Luckily, with the integrations that we have been able to complete end users are able to work more quickly and get the information faster other than having to do any sort of manual entry. We are able to supply the end-user with a significant amount of information about the referral so it stops them from having to switch between two systems and wasting time.
