"User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Organization and Support, but Query Sampling Needs Clarity"
What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

Once you become familiar with the most effective ways to write queries and optimize the dashboard, this platform becomes an excellent tool for quickly understanding what people are saying about brands or cultural moments. The interface is user-friendly, stable, and dependable. I especially appreciate how projects are organized, allowing you to manage numerous queries and dashboards efficiently. It's also straightforward to learn and makes sharing data or dashboards with others simple. The customer support team has always proven to be reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

We often find ourselves confused about how query sampling actually works, so a clearer explanation within the queries would be helpful. Our main concern has always been whether the dashboard shows the actual numbers when a query is sampled. I believe we've now determined that the dashboard does always display the true numbers, but having this clarified from the outset within the tool would make things much clearer.
