Pulsar is the only social listening tool I've used that genuinely supports creative, exploratory thinking with data. Across both my academic research and consultancy work, I rely on its ability to let me zoom in and out on different aspects of a dataset, combining multiple modules together in ways other platforms simply don't allow. For my Big Qualitative Data research on Long Covid and vaccine discourse, Pulsar's audience intelligence and social listening capabilities have been essential for surfacing patient-driven narratives at scale. On the consultancy side, I've used it to build entirely new methodologies, like blending audience data with survey insights to decode brand entertainment value. The platform rewards curiosity and methodological creativity, which is rare in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there's very little to dislike. The platform is feature-rich, which means newer users may need a bit of time to discover everything it can do, but that's a reflection of how much is on offer rather than a design flaw. Pulsar's onboarding team are responsive and genuinely helpful, which makes the initial ramp-up smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
