This smooth beginning made it manageable to start using the software without significant hurdles. I find BrandVerity very useful for monitoring trademark infringements on search ads, which is crucial for our business. This essential feature helps us to efficiently manage and respond to cases where competitors use our brand name inappropriately. The ability to send bulk complaints to ad platforms like Google and Microsoft is highly beneficial for maintaining the integrity of our branded search ads. I also find great value in the feature that allows us to collect data on competitors' ad copies, giving us insights into their strategies. Ultimately, BrandVerity achieves the purpose we've bought it for, and its pricing structure is fair and reasonable, which makes it a worthwhile investment for us. The platform hasn't seen any developments since I started using it, and the user interface feels outdated and clunky. Making changes is particularly challenging, often requiring assistance from customer support. Additionally, I was supposed to have a Customer Success Manager (CSM), but for most of the time, no one was available, and when there was a contact, it was always a new person.
