- Replacing files especially when merged is very tedious. Would be nice if you could over-ride/replace files in bulk within a merged file (so you don't lose the data).

- Aggregating data across different sections so we know which content is most used. The more data that is easy to digest the better for creative assets

The primary reason we spent the premium on Brandfolder was because of all of the functionality it provided (at great expense) to enhance workflow and team productivity between Brandfolder and other systems (Smartsheet, Shopify, Canva, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Cloud). Across the board the solution fell short and many of our support requests would go unanswered for months, one of them even a year (Hubspot integration). At contract renewal my annual license fee was doubled and even though negotiated to get it to remain the same we ultimately were so dissatisfied we the handling that we just decided to move to a simpler and more effective system without all the integrations but more competitive value for straight-up asset management. Meta upload should not be an extra cost. An extra for a basic feature even if the product if overall a good bargain. Also, the AI tagging was problematic in assigning tags to people of color. Advise others to always manually review AI tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
