I've found their Chat Support team to be second to none. They are quick to connect, very knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to see that my questions/issues are resolved, and they are extremely polite while doing so! **What do you dislike about Brandfolder?** The ai auto-populate tagging has been a challenge. The irrelevant terms were a nuisance (although you can request customer support to delete them from the back end so they don't continually show up). The system automatically repopulates terms that have been deleted if a name change is made to the asset. Given the narrow descriptive focus of the assets my client used, we turned it off, resulting in greater efficiency in processing assets. **What problems is Brandfolder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy and intuitive access for searching and sharing thousands of assets. The search function is very robust, and pulls from product name, custom fields and tags, making searching easy. (Though in some cases irrelevant images will appear). The Boolean-type search function allows you to search a variety of ways for assets. Brandfolder's search function allows much greater efficiency, especially for admins when searching, and comparing assets. ### 13.
