# What is the best online proofing system that integrates well into the Brandfolder platform?

We have over 200+ franchise stores nationwide and we are looking for the best way to them to submit and us approve/deny the creative collateral that they are designing on their own outside of using the pre-approved templates that came from Corporate. We need to be able to comment on what is wrong and what needs to be fixed and have a digital paper trail of all conversations instead of tons of emails that get lost or buried easily.
