&lt;p&gt;From G2 reviews, the migration effort pays off more consistently with Harness when the goal is a genuine break from Jenkins. G2 reviewers describe the automated rollback and unified pipeline as things that quickly justify the onboarding cost, though they&#39;re consistent that the initial setup is heavier than Octopus. Octopus gets better marks when the team isn&#39;t ready to abandon Jenkins entirely, but reviewers who chose it for that reason often flag later that running two tools indefinitely creates its own maintenance drag that erodes the original time savings.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
