The team at Boxphish have been great to work with. From the initial sales call right through to implementation and on-going support, they took the time to understand our business and our cyber training requirements. The product includes an extensive library of phishing simulation templates that we regularly send to our employees. The simulations are created as part of the learning journey and Boxphish place emphasis on not ‘catching people out’ but using simulations to educate employees. If an employee does accidentally click, they are presented with custom landing pages that reinforce learning points which works great for us. We wouldn't be without it!

I don't dislike anything in particular, if I had to pick one thing it would be that the quizzes at the end of each module are very easy, with the vast majority of staff getting 100%. You could probably get 100% without engaging in the course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found the Boxphish product and interface really easy to use and navigate. Scheduling a simulation couldn't be easier and simple with multiple options to send immediately, delay or trickle feed them into user's inboxes. The implementation was very simple and only required some configuration on our mail servers. The customer support and regular account review calls are really helpful due to the complex nature of our infrastructure. The wide variety of simulation emails with the differing levels of sophistication helped slowly bring this into our cyber security awareness plan to get a baseline level of user interaction before using the two and three step links. In the initial setup there were a few issues with the user sync to the portal and setting up some of the deliverability settings but they were resolved with help from the customer support team.
