From the start, the Boxphish team have been really helpful, and the support and communication provided from our account manager has been perfect. Setting up Boxphish is incredibly straight forward and it integrates into our Office 365 Tenant. There is good range of simulations which much better in realism to what we've seen some other products. The portal itself is very easy to use and has a nice layout. As an organisation that seemed to excel in failing phishing simulations, we were recommended Boxphish by a trusted source and were sold after the initial web meeting.

Boxphish provides a very intuitive GUI and its very easy to be up and running with working simulations in no time.

We are running a 12 month schedule with automatically enrolled training, with the odd random simulation thrown in and we are happy with the results we are getting back.

Boxphish is a great tool for keeping staff engaged with regular cyber awareness training.

The courses are short and relevant, and the realistic simulations make the learning practical and easy to understand. I also like that we can choose the training that best suits our business, and that staff are tested both after each course and through the simulations.

The portal is very easy to navigate, which makes it straightforward to assign training, track progress, and review the reporting. Admin support has been excellent whenever we’ve needed it, and the regular check-ins with our account manager help us stay up to date on new features.
