I have been using Boxphish for about a year to enhance our staff's awareness of cyberattacks and phishing through training and simulations. Boxphish has proven to be the right product for us from the onset, thanks to a seamless initial setup and support from their proficient customer onboarding team. Their comprehensive guides and videos made intricate tasks like linking with Azure AD and configuring email systems remarkably effortless. I find the portal or dashboard of Boxphish to be exceptional, with its minimalist design effectively conveying a wealth of information. It is a fully managed service that automates phishing simulations and course dispatches, allowing me to monitor user engagement without concern over the configurations. Their outstanding customer service is a significant attraction, facilitated through regular quarterly review meetings with a dedicated relationship manager who keeps us informed on new features and assists in enabling them. Perhaps a little too simple and "a one size fits all" type product. There is some customisation available. Probably best to keep it simple and adapt your working practices around its capabilities. More confident in staff actions, but it is not foolproof (no fault of the product). Constant battle to get all staff on board with the concept. There can be a dismissive nature or arrogance from some members, but I am sure you will get this with any work force. Getting senior management to "buy in" was our first major win.
