The simplicity of getting up and running and the flat-rate pricing made it an easy choice, especially at the monthly rate they offer. You can set up your products and categories extremely fast and make edits to them on the fly, and they are instant. They provide several key features that I really found valuable to my business: 1. Integration into payment gateways such as Stripe. 2. SEO optimization and links to my social media sites 3. Electronic booking system, calendar, and contract templates from the get-go 4. Hosting your own domain name and SSL or provides a subdomain for you to get started 5. Direct one-to-one e-mail function 6. Send Mail using your own email address, not an alias to their domain 7. Parent-child product relations to prevent double bookings 8. A dashboard that tells you everything you need to know for new orders, upcoming bookings, and more 9. Responsive by design and looks and runs flawlessly on my mobile as well Customers love how easy it is to navigate my website, and I like how I can manage my entire business on the road and my mobile device **What problems is Bounce Rental Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can operate my business from anywhere. The solution is responsive by design, mobile-friendly. A lot of the other software companies we demo'd had a home page when you logged in that was just intimidating. Bounce Rental Solutions just looks and feels smoother. **What do you dislike about Bounce Rental Solutions?** I think it would be cool if the software had an app for your phone but from what I remember most of the other one's did not either. We just login in to our web browser on our phones, no big deal. **What problems is Bounce Rental Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** My gosh... being able to have customers book online themselves saved us tons of time. The ability for customer to pay online also saved us tons of time.
