&lt;p&gt;“Train-the-trainer” is one of those terms I’d want defined in the SOW. A few handoff sessions at the end of a OneNeck or Sirius project aren’t the same as preparing internal champions to train hundreds of users. I’d ask who gets trained, what materials stay behind, and whether the reseller measures adoption afterward.&lt;/p&gt;
