I love the fact that within less than a day my customer had a fully functional Chatbot powered by AI. In essence the hardest part of the transaction was to insert a few lines of code into the existing website, which in all honesty was no t hard at all. The team that support the product are wonderful, they keep their promises. The product itself is brilliant, just reading back the transcripts of conversations sometime leaves me agog.
