What do you like best about BlueNote Communicator?

We started using Bluenote about 3 years ago when we moved into a new and much larger dental office with 14 operatories. We were looking for a product that could be purchased outright without being nickel and dimed with monthly service fees. Bluenote is everything we hoped it would be and more, and completely worth will be paid for it. I would recommended to any dental office Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueNote Communicator?

Easy to use, intuitive, great communicator for both the front office and back office. This software has minimized the trouble of finding help around the office, letting the doctor know that a patient is ready to be seen, and finding help from other team members. BlueNote works so well when we need to communicate with providers, medical assistants, or if we need to reach anyone in our office building. It is a simple clean interface, and is very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueNote Communicator?

Sometimes certain computers will stop working with the program. We have our IT come out to reset the trouble computers. But it never seems to get corrected. Not sure if it’s works well on new computers, but that can slow things down. Usually when this happens it gets fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
