What is BlueNote Communicator?

One person in the office can transform their entire practice culture and improve workflow efficiency by 25% simply by downloading this program and giving it a try for a month. Training is not necessary because the software is intuitive for anyone who has ever used a touch screen or pressed a wall-mounted button. BlueNote Communicator Lights are a quick in-office communication dashboard for use in a medical, dental, optometry, or veterinary office to know how long each patient has waited, or where a doctor needs to go next. The system also has built-in direct Conversations for private messaging, and Office Status, if you need to keep track where someone is located in the building. A Light timer is activated by one person, then seen everywhere it is needed until an action or task is complete. Lights also have a built-in reminder system if tasks aren't cleared in a timely manner. The Windows-based software program is HIPAA secure and can be instantly downloaded on every computer on the network and used free for 30 days before deciding to purchase. Self-hosted, not cloud based. No monthly or yearly fees, one-time upfront cost for all computers in a location.

What do you like best?

Gives us the capability to communicate across the facility with the patients and healthcare providers and its great way to record documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I get really bored with the need of frequent updating of the software to use it and the notifications atimes comes late whilst it was sent earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

BlueNote works so well when we need to communicate with providers, medical assistants, or if we need to reach anyone in our office building. It is a simple clean interface, and is very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes certain computers will stop working with the program. We have our IT come out to reset the trouble computers. But it never seems to get corrected. Not sure if it’s works well on new computers, but that can slow things down. Usually when this happens it gets fixed pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems that we are solving, this helps with any confusion with patients. Finding out what rooms patients are in and which providers need to see them. It also helps when patients are leaving, being able to communicate with providers through Bluenote providers better privacy as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
