How and its' ability to see related information or relevant information is questionable. It doesn't seem to use any of the relational information or ability to see the correlation between two elements on the knowledge base. **Recommendations to others considering Bloomfire:** If you are in need to have a Knowledge base with superior cataloging and search features. This is not the platform. **What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bloomfire is our internal-facing legacy knowledge base, it is a step up from the Company-wide Google Drive but not as good as our External-Facing Knowledge base: Zendesk Guide. ### 2. Bloomfire also provides daily and weekly updates that go straight to your inbox to help keep up with the tool. However, in addition to all the other tools you use daily, this adds yet another where materials can be stored, so it's one more to the list. **What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a cancer nonprofit. The benefits are sharing large files that cannot be done on many other sites with a very useful search tool unlike Facebook. ### 3. I also like featured posts **What do you dislike about Bloomfire?** Can't edit drafts with others. The search engine is kinda weird. I don't usually find what i'm looking for. **What problems is Bloomfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We create demos and we shared them using Bloomfire. I didn't get any particular benefit that i wouldn't have got using wordpress for example. ### 4.
