The intuitive setup makes things a whole lot easier, and the good support gives peace of mind that if any issues pop up, there'll be help to find a solution. The functionality is reliable, which means I spend less time worrying about maintenance. **What do you dislike about Blackthorn Messaging?** The app had gotten several years behind on updates which was causing some issues, it would be nice to have a more visible way to know updates are needed **What problems is Blackthorn Messaging solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Blackthorn Messaging to send case updates, reminders, and surveys to clients. It has an easy-to-use interface for end users to send and track messages and an easy admin interface for configuring settings. ### 2. Their support has been very quick to respond to any issue we bring up. I couldn't find it online, but an email resolved it.
