Blackthorn Messaging is used for sending case updates, reminders, and surveys to clients and like the easy-to-use interface for sending and tracking messages, along with a straightforward admin interface for configuring settings. The intuitive setup makes things a whole lot easier, and the good support gives peace of mind that if any issues pop up, there'll be help to find a solution.
