Bizyclock is easy to use, and the setup is a breeze. I really like the available reports, especially the job costing. It has just enough features to get the job done without creating confusion, and the app support has been great, too. It also looks like more features are coming that will add to its functionality. Most importantly, it lets you hit the ground running with no muss or fuss. What do you dislike about BizyClock? When you have clocked in and its timing your project and it sits for a while then you go back to the app you are signed out. The quick and easy dashboard lets me know what times have been submitted and what is expected. It integrates well with the dashboard desktop site so you can see all the information you need. This app is exactly what we needed for managing a team across multiple job sites. As a small business with several employees working different jobs on any given day, keeping track of who's working where — and what it's actually costing us — used to be a headache. This solved that. The job costing report was what attracted me at first, and it's turned out to be a real eye-opener. We can finally see labor costs broken down by individual job, not just as one big lump sum across the business. That's made it obvious which jobs are actually profitable and which ones are quietly eating into our margins — something we couldn't see clearly before. With multiple staff clocking time across multiple jobs in a week, having that visibility per-job rather than just per-employee has changed how we quote and schedule future work. It's also made staff accountability much easier. Each team member logs their own hours against the specific job they're on, so there's no more guessing or reconciling timesheets at the end of the week. As a manager, I can see at a glance how labor hours are distributed across active jobs and staff, which makes it much easier to catch overruns early instead of finding out after the invoice goes out. Setup was quick, and the interface is easy to use — which mattered a lot since I needed the whole team on board, not just me. Nobody on staff had trouble picking it up. We would recommend it to any small business juggling multiple jobs and crews looking for solid timesheet and job cost tracking. The only issue I found was that they didn't have a template for my industry, so we had to build ours from scratch — not a dealbreaker, but a head start there would've saved us some setup time.
