As the nature of the security issues/vulnerabilities is complex, at times it was difficult for us to understand the issues and i think its not a bad thing to have as the identified issues were good finding for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Biz Serve IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

(1) We had security testing requirement of Myra's key products (e banking applicaiton for cooperatives https://ebanking.myraerp.com/login, and its mobile application) before taking these into production. Biz Serve IT thoroughly tested the applications for vulnerabilities, identified and reported those to us, after we fixed the issues, they reverified if the issues were solved or not.
