What do you like best about Smart CRM?

Smart CRM’s integration with Binotel telephony is a standout, allowing our auto repair shop to track client calls and attach them to customer profiles seamlessly. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage appointments, track repair statuses, and view client histories. Automated task reminders have streamlined our workflow, reducing missed follow-ups.
