Looking in to our implementation from the outside, it would seem that Big Bang was very organized. Fast forward $10k later, with nothing to show for it and shady billing practices, these guys were a horrible decision.
1- they really didn't do a single thing to assist in our implementation. Literally not one thing. They setup useless meetings and drag out the implementation process to bill you for hours.
2- good luck knowing what hours they are bulking you for! It's absurd!
3- after countless useless meetings, and $10k in billing we pulled the plug. Looking at our salesforce instance, there is nothing they did at all.
Would not recommend using Big Bang at all for any implantation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are quite surprised by your statement in this review. Given the fact that you signed up for collaborative implementation, the approach implies adequate participation of all.
Also, we have confirmed that you still have access to our project management tool with the full details of every minute charged to you.
We would have been pleased to adjust the delivery method to your liking, but sadly you decided to not provide feedback, stop the project and not pay your invoice. We have a hard time seeing how we could have changed anything.
