Bisopt is a tool which helps in reaching to right audience with minimum effort. It also helps in lead generation and management through advertizing. I do not like the tarriff plans as they are little bit inflated . Other wise i did not find any particular drawback in this tool. Some time the response from customer support is not immediate. Bidsopt helps in reaching the target audience and no need to use different channels of advertising as bidsopt has no of channels included in it. so you find all your requirements at one place.
