## About Baton
Baton is a SaaS implementation management platform that automates, simplifies and accelerates even the most complex customer onboarding projects. Baton is purpose-built for project participants to work across multiple organizational boundaries. Users enjoy real-time visibility into status reporting without the frustrations of chasing down weekly updates via email, spreadsheets or other outdated processes that will never scale.

## Baton Reviews
  ### 1. Sufficient but Timely

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alia M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton is user-friendly and easy to use. Definitely a good tool, but need more enhancements.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

1. Tasks are required to have a due date.

2. If a task(s) is deleted, the entire timeline is affected.

3. Unable to move tasks within a milestone, it can only be moved if you change the dates.

4. Checklist items, if a task has checklist items there's an icon listed on the task. When a user selects the icon, it does not directly open to the checklist. The user must navigate to the list.

5. Kanban View being taken away.

6. Project Health, the entry box blocks previous entries. The entry box should be moved to the left-hand side so users can either read or copy+paste previous reports.

7. Client view timeline is overwhelming and has a lot of information to absorb which can be confusing.

8. The projects dashboard due vs completed, baton score, and time to launch should reflect a specific user when it's filtered.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting me to be more organized, timely, and reminders for the client.

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi Alia,

Thanks so much for your candid and detailed feedback! We really appreciate your response and have logged several of your points to review as we continuously work to improve Baton’s capabilities to meet all our customers' needs. A few notes that may help a few of these points in the meantime:

- Task checklist items do not require a due date
- A deleted task will only impact the project’s timeline if the task is linked to another task - this functionality can be turned on or off
- Baton’s drag-and-drop capability allows you to easily move tasks between milestones
- The client timeline view can be customized by user, allowing you to filter and tailor the data to only display what is pertinent to each individual customer

As always, please feel free to reach out to our team if you have any further questions or would like to walk through any of the above in further detail.

  ### 2. Great Tool for Managing Implementations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

We've primarily been using it as an internal tool to manage each of our project's progress. It's great when working with cross-functional teams. It allows you to easily assign tasks and due dates.

The project templates are easy to use and makes it easy to create new projects to track.

Easy and friendly team to work with at Baton as wll!

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

At first, there were a lot of emails, but like any application, this can be managed through settings.

It has a bit of a learning curve for new users as well. It can sometimes feel clunky, and we may not be using it to its full potential.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our projects often include other departments and it's very easy to notify them when they are up next on a task. You can easily create dependencies and link them to other tasks.

  ### 3. Nicely organized Software to keep a well presented overview of projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

All tasks are presented in an easily understandable overview: One knows exactly what is the most important task that needs to be worked on at any point in time. Other than that I honestly haven't used it long enough to really say.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Too many notification emails, I was sick for a week and had over 100 emails; however it's very easy to adjust the settings to only receive whatever you like. Other than that I honestly haven't used it long enough to really say.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping an overview over multiple projects, showing current priorities in a nice way. Helps me get focused on the important tasks and thus save time. Also, I can contact any project partners if any of their tasks are overdue and remind them to get off their ass and get their shit done! ;)

  ### 4. Great collaboration tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Easy to share project progress with customers & others in the company
Easy to assign ownership of tasks
Several improvements just since we've started using it (six months ago), like a big improvement to how templates work

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

It's a new-ish platform so there is some friction at times (eg changes that don't save /some things are delayed)
Can't change currency (we're in the UK)
It's a tool, sadly it doesn't magically manage our projects for us, much to my team's disappointment ;)

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main motivation was ease of sharing progress, blockers, and ownership with customer project teams
Secondary was ease of keeping management up to date with project progress
These are achieved as long as project managers do their part and customers use it

  ### 5. Simple and intuitive but can get time consuming updating attributes at task level

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

1) Simple to use, no major training required
2) Can share with clients and administer it easily
3) Useful weekly notifications
4) Out of box dashboard for all projects, which is useful.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

1) Limited features (for example - can't add more columns to the plan)
2) Need to update each cell using the task drawer (no easy tabular interface).
3) Auto-save happens upon every keystroke and makes it slow and painful, especially at the start of the project when scores or hundreds of tasks need to be updated.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To bring the customer and all the internal teams together to deliver an integrated onboarding experience.
To get overdue alerts and manage tasks effectively.
We are evaluating improvement in business performance.

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi Harsh,

We really value your review and feedback as we look for new opportunities to further improve Baton. We’ve released a few new features and updates that should help resolve a few of your comments.

- Baton’s ‘Tasks’ view, which can be accessed in the main navigation, provides a hub where you can easily assess the priority of the work they've been committed to, update task status and task estimates, as well as easily track time across all assigned tasks
- Recent improvements to autosave should help alleviate lag times

Thanks again for your feedback! If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

  ### 6. Used for new client integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

- Overall a useful tool for project management with good insight for client and allows for internal collaboration.
- Has decent integration with Jira allowing for PMs to push tasks from Baton, where clients can track them, to Jira, where they can implemented by dev team.
- Allows for quick setup of new client and lay out all required tasks

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

- The jira integration isn't two-way and not automatic. It became a lot of overhead to make sure that Baton and Jira were in sync which led to a lot of Baton tasks become outdated by the time they were actually implemented due to changing requirements
- Related to above, a lot of our projects were very heavily used in the early stages of project by all stakeholders, but by the mid to late stages was usually not maintained properly and customer no longer was actively using it. The tool requires an expert, or someone to 'own' it. This is not necessarily an issue with the product and maybe more in my experiences.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main use is for client onboarding to lay out a SoW for the integration and allowing the client to view/manage. Client often uses it to upload documents relevant to the onboard and to view timelines/roadmaps.

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi Lucas,

Thanks for your review! We really appreciate your feedback and will be releasing an update to the Jira integration that will make working across systems more efficient and seamless. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out directly.

  ### 7. A nice product that has room for growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

I like being able to get all the tasks in a nice list and being able to organise projects. A very cool part of it is when you have tasks that are dependent on others, any time you change the date, those dependents get shifted to accomodate the changes automatically. Does take a little bit of time to get set up but once it's done, it works brilliantly

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

It can sometimes feel a little bit clunky, this is when it is trying to autosave. I've had instances where I have typed out some notes within a task or updated the description for a client and it has then decided to overwrite what I have done as it has decided to save an old state.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By moving away from excel, we now have a dynamic schedule on our projects that both ourselves and the client can interact with in real-time.

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi James,

Really value your review and feedback as we look for new opportunities to further improve Baton. We’ve recently released several improvements to Baton’s autosave function that should alleviate the mentioned lag times. If you have any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our CS team directly.

  ### 8. Great platform for project management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

I really love the ability to add subtasks under tasks to ensure we're checking all boxes with portfolio clients. This allows us to add tasks for each specific building which is very useful!

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

I wish there was an ability to filter by date, not milestone within our projects. Being able to do this would be extremely helpful with seeing an overall view of what is due today.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baton is solving the issue of not being organized throughout the project and being able to give the client an overall snapshot of where we're at with their implementation.

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi Alex,

We’re always looking for new ways to improve Baton, so we really appreciate your feedback. To help you easily access the project data you need, you do have the ability to filter by due date with a project and in Baton's Tasks view. If you have any additional questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact our CS team directly.

  ### 9. Passing the Baton

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harrison H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Great at keeping projects and tasks organized, and useful for time tracking and planning when to tackle certain tasks.

Also love the ability to integrate with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Often times a project is listed as high risk when it should not be/when there are no problematic tasks left uncompleted. Alternatively sometimes projects are listed as low risk when they do have problematic tasks left uncompleted.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baton is very useful for keeping track of projects and tasks related to those projets. It is great for time tracking, and keeping all things related to a project in order.

  ### 10. Great platform. Great people.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton is used in our company for project tracking. We rely on Baton to keep ourselves accountable and on track. Baton has many valuable features, but my favorite part about it is the open communication we have with the Baton team. Any feature request we have, the team is responsive and takes it into consideration, often times building it into their next release!

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Nothing! Baton works well and meets the needs for my team to stay on track. It has great features and we are able to use Baton to digest where we are when tracking projects.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baton is helping our team track implementations of our product. It has many valuable features that allow our team to see where our team is at in the implemetation stage.

  ### 11. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Baton

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

I think the baton team was overall very helpful and engaged post-implementation.
I wasn't involved much during the implementation, but since we went live, Kyleigh and the team have been very helpful!

My favorite thing about the baton product is the UI - I think it's very visually appealing.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Time tracking is not ideal for our team - wish there was better reporting on it.
I wish we could have a better understanding of how the projected due dates work.
I wish the estimated time to completion + the time tracking against a task were not connected, or had the ability to turn it off.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep tracking of our overall project management for implementation.

  ### 12. Good platform, could be a great one with minor improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myanca J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

It's user friendly.
Allows the client to see their outstanding tasks and how it affects the project timeline.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

- The dependencies are confusing
- Not able to add a subtask without dates
- Unable to assign multiple people to one task
- Unable to filter projects to show the project lead and the project partner

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to track upcoming tasks. Makes forecasting a lot easier

**Official Response from Cydney Myers:**

> Hi Myanca,

We’re always looking for new ways to improve Baton, so we really appreciate your constructive feedback. As you continue to utilize Baton, please note that projects can be filtered by project lead and other team members. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out at any time.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

No downsides realized at this time. I love the interest in our ideas to further enhance and develop the application.

Internal team transfer and task management of work. External client partnership in project management

  ### 14. Baton Management Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton is a great management tool for our internal team and clients. It's very customizable and helps our team stay on track with their projects. The time tracking component is key!

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

At times, I experience bugs when using the platform. When I build a template and add due dates and dependencies, what I enter does not always reflect the output - I've had to redo this a few times.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows my team to manage a project from start to finish. This also allows us, as management, to adequately understand time tracking for tasks to make better business decisions.

  ### 15. Baton user for life!

Baton is a great project management tool and keeps me very organized. I wish I had known about Baton earlier in my career because it helps me keep track of all action items.

The amount of notifications can be very overwhelming. I dislike the time tracking tool.

Baton helps to coordinate with team members and standardize our task lists for similar projects.

**What do you like best about Baton?**

The feature to keep customers updated and the ability for them to view progress of projects.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Very expensive for the functionality available.
Ver labour intensive to manage and doesn't have many fetures for cross team collaboration.
It just wasn't suited to th

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baton would of helped with the visibility and progress of a project.
It was good for creating a list of deliverables and checking them off.

  ### 22. Early stage project management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton has some intuitive features that facilitate project management

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Time tracking in Baton is a rather painful experience. I would not want to be a manager who is responsible for getting their team to do it.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a central location where I can track progress across tasks relevant to a project. There are efficiency gains that come with this centralized location.

  ### 23. Our team leverages the platform to onboard & execute all new projects with clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilia D. | Founder, Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

As a company leader across multiple projects, the platform helps me to quickly see when a project is and where I can help. I like that we can track time and costs as well as invite clients to the project plan without having to email them reports. The clients are able to see what they need at any time as well. We onboarded quickly as it is easy to use and support has been great when needed.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

They are continuously adding to the product so I know they are listening to their clients so I can't think of any right now. The product keeps getting better and better!

**Recommendations to others considering Baton:**

It is inexpensive to try. I recommend at least trying with one project.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Baton solves the challenge of tracking multiple projects and costs in one centralized and easy-to-manage way. It saves people time and ensures all relevant documents are in one place.

  ### 24. Versatile and ever-improving project management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

I can keep track of task history and make comments for easy reference. The ability to attach key documents to each project tasks helps Baton act as a one-stop shop to view everything associated with a specific deliverable. Centralized project information, including a Gantt project view, help increase transparency and facilitates communication with clients. Standardized workflows allow my team to create an efficient and repeatable step-by-step process for knowledge transfer and scalability. Customizable project templates give me the flexibility needed to adapt and reorder project tasks and deadlines to meet unique client needs. I can set up dependencies so that changes in a task automatically update the project timeline as well as start and due dates for dependent tasks.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

The feature to view aggregated task activities, including the comments, is still under development, so it's not as easy to share post-meeting notes in this view.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to keep a standard process across a department while being able to tailor it for individual clients. Maintaining a reference list of necessary tasks and their progress. Keeping the project progress transparent to internal and external stakeholders.

  ### 25. Baton has been helpful for smoother implementations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia A. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton has been helpful for smoother implementations.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

There isn't anything I dislike yet about Baton.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management, project management, client onboarding.

  ### 26. Effective in streamlining processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becki K. | Director, Implementation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton was able to assist us with scaling our implementation process through providing insights: i) the number of views through the customer portal - ability to view their projects and assigned steps- created accountability ii) allowed the implementation managers track to their time associated for each milestone /tasks which we were able to be digested and reviewed to create efficiencies and iii) visibility and shareable metrics, KPIs

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

There are no glaring dislikes. Baton is a growing start up, and with that comes limitations but any concerns surrounding the product are clearly communicated with Baton. Their team will work on finding a short term resolution or work on providing a long term solution through their product roadmap.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that we were looking to solve with Baton were:
•Creating a scalable process
•Using a customer facing friendly tool that requires little to no training
•Accountablility across multiple teams and proper documentation
•Customer accountability
• Manual process for metrics and KPIs
•CSATs

Using Baton has a) eased reporting - metrics were shared on a bi-weekly basis and with the updates to the dashboard, we have moved away from manual reporting and spreadhsheets
b) Able to view all projects and the timeframes associated - it is easy to decipher if processes need to be updated or reviewed
c) Customer accountability - our former tool did not allow for customers to view the project plans, we now have customers viewing, updating and have the ability to access any of the customer facing files associated to their project plan. Our customers appreciate the follow up emails, if and when a task is over due, as it acts as a reminder. They also appreciate they utilize one tool versus several throughout the project lifecycle (i.e. project plan, timelines, status reports, CSATs).

  ### 27. Robust feature offering and extremely simple usage; this platform does it all and then some.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie R. | Technical Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton strikes an incredible balance between robust feature offering and lightweight usage. The ability to customize your templates in so many ways makes Baton an extremely flexible platform. Despite how feature-rich Baton is, it is still amazingly simple to use and requires very little training. With some careful consideration for your implementation processes and workflows, Baton shines as a one-stop shop for your customer onboardings.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Nothing. Baton is perfect, and I am pushing my company to use it more as it is the right tool for us. Unfortunately, a competitor has offered better pricing (though admittedly Baton's current pricing structure is very hard to beat).

**Recommendations to others considering Baton:**

Stop wasting time with your unorganized implementations and start using Baton. Right now. Stop reading this review and reach out to them immediately. I cannot stress how much this improved our implementations in terms of time to value and morale of end users. It kept large, disorganized clients on track and that is something I know any company can benefit from.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are centralizing action items during customer onboarinding into the Baton platform and establishing timelines for each task. Instead of communicating through emails and sharing PDFs and Google Sheets, etc with all our action items, we now have a central repository. We also use it for file exchange which has been very very convenient. All of this comes together to make our implementations move much faster and helps me spin up executive level updates much much much faster than before.

  ### 28. awesome product for managing software implementations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanishk B. | senior consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

The best for Baton is that it is a unique product in a market crowded with management software, awesome for tracking software implementation and automated workflows that make it very unique. It helps the team act as one as the overall project timelines are easily visible to specified roles and helps fragmented modules feel as one unified. this is this product's main unique selling proposition !

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

We can optimize it slightly more to increase the overall refresh rate - also we can add more dynamic chart varieties like excel and other tools like smartsheets to make this more interactive and visually more appealing. Also we can increase the overall User interface experience by adding more role based divisions and perhaps adding a heorarchy tree to easily identify what is pending with whom

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are using to realize benefits in software implementation tracking, automated workflows and tickets tracking of various development efforts. All this present in a single software is definitely very beneficial - by adding the ticketing media and workflow tracking we have been able to make sure that all the various types of different software type that exist in the market can be challenged by having in a single unified place.

  ### 29. Time saving optimization machine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

Baton has helped us get through the painful process of scaling that most like to call "growing pains." Scaling new clients, with new hires and with new products is a massive challenge. Baton keeps everyone on the same page and up to speed no matter the tenure or technical aptitude.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Nothing. The company is new but the founders are brilliant, diligent, and most importantly, accessible. Whenever we've had a new need or request that didn't exist, the team would simply build it. Where they may lack in scale, they easily make up the distance in skill and service.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have hardware and software that we deploy at a significant scale around legacy systems and personnel with varying backgrounds. Baton allows us to handle this massive coordination event like a walk in the park. It's like having an integration manager at the click of a button which helps us but delights our customers.

  ### 30. Beautifully solving a huge pain point!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abe G. | Chief Product Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

The simple and extremely well designed interface and the integrations with Jira and CRM make Baton really enjoyable to use without requiring duplicative data entry, or teams to change the tools they are using for sales and dev.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

Enterprise software implementations are such a chore, especially with large and distributed customers with specific and different needs. On a recent project we had 31 separate workstreams with different people from across the customer org, all trying to coordinate enhancements, testing, and training. We were too far down the road to implement baton in the middle of that engagement, which would have saved us a ton of time, energy and tears. That's a long way of saying that my only dislike was that we weren't able to introduce it in the middle of an implementation that was already underway because we didn't want the client to feel like we were starting over.

**Recommendations to others considering Baton:**

I wouldn't recommend trying to stay using Baton in the middle of an implementation. Start with a new roll-out, and use it from the beginning.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have one single project management tool that every department uses, nor do I think we should. But when it comes to rolling out a new customer we have information, tasks, meetings, and dev tickets all in different places, with spreadsheets and emails holding everything together. Needless to say this leads to project plans being constantly out of date, lots of chasing people for updates (total waste of time), and things falling through the cracks. Baton helps connect everything and keep the overall project plan up to date without manually nagging people for updates or asking them to manage tasks in two places. It also provides visibility (aka reassurance) to the key stakeholders at the customer that things are on track, which is huge.

  ### 31. Great platform for scaling implementations for SaaS companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan W. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Baton?**

The product is amazing. The founders have a lot of experience in the industry, felt a lot of pain themselves and really built a product that solved the needs of real companies.

**What do you dislike about Baton?**

It's still early days for Baton, so you can see where the product is heading. As they gain more traction in the market, you can see them solving specific use cases for different types of companies and the intricacies their implementations require.

**Recommendations to others considering Baton:**

This will definitely help you scale your implementations.

**What problems is Baton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have lots of implementation going on all the time. Baton allows us to do a better job communicating with clients and keeping organized internally. Our customers don't get value until their implementation goes live. So anything that helps that time frame is of huge value to our clients and us.
