
I really love how easy to use the facility user portal in Bambi is. It's super intuitive for our dispatchers, and the UI is the cleanest we've found for organizing information. The facility user portal has increased convenience so much in the customer experience that our call volume goes down as customers prefer using the portal. The initial setup of Bambi was super easy as well. Additionally, Nirav and his team are amazing—responsive to our needs, questions, and suggestions, with the best problem-solving mindset we've found in the NEMT dispatching software landscape. I'm aware that they're still working on a 'time negotiation' feature to help customers using the facility portal to negotiate pick-up times with our dispatchers in real-time, but that's honestly the only thing and it's something that's already in the works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
