I like that Bambi simplifies my day-to-day operations for dispatchers, drivers, and as a business owner, it allows me to oversee most of my business at the click of a button without confusion. Bambi is a far superior product compared to CTS Tripmaster. The transition from our old dispatch platform was seamless, and it has been fantastic ever since. The only thing that I think can use improvement is the computer screen chat feature. The notifications on it are a little buggy, just for the dispatchers. Being able to see the whole dispatch schedule in a very easy-to-read format has been tremendously helpful. Having a facility portal where our clients can log in and submit ride requests and see the status of their current rides are just a couple of the main things I love about Bambi. The dispatch window is user-friendly, easy to use, and easy to understand, which makes getting rides on the calendar extremely simple and ensures that we have all the right accurate information.
