The layout and where things are keep on changing. Also, some of the names change as well making navigation sometimes very confusing. Lots of features that is overwhelming for companies that are new to Azure. You get a list of SKU's to pick from, but you can't really customize the amount of CPUs, RAM, storage, etc. compare to other products such as VMware. The UI needs a lot of work. Expect your costs to go up as nothing is free in Azure. Even with picking the right App service plan, VMs that are right-sized, and use of reservations your cost can easily skyrocket.
