The Azure Portal is primarily used to manage all Microsoft Azure resources from a centralized web interface.

With it, you can create and manage virtual machines, databases, networks, storage, applications, users, permissions, costs, and performance metrics. It is also useful for reviewing alerts, monitoring services, and checking the status of resources deployed in the cloud.

In my opinion, it is a very practical tool because it allows you to work with Azure visually, without always relying on commands. Even so, for automations or advanced tasks, it can be complemented with Azure CLI, PowerShell, or infrastructure as code templates.
