What do you like best about Axya?

Great for cross-team visibility of our RFQs and Purchase Orders. This enabled us to standardize processes that used to be different from one buyer to another. This means it is now much easier to follow a colleague's work and to replace someone gone on holiday. I expect it will also benefit us when we hire new collaborators. The Axya team was also able to customize data synchronization with our ERP using an API to eliminate a lot of manual data entry that we used to do. This custimuzation requires a lot more preparation but should pay off quickly. The PO module sends purchase orders that we first generated in our ERP and follows up with vendors automatically, saving time for the buyers to address other tasks. Overall the software is easy to use for most people and we only needed one or two hours of training to get our team started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axya?

This software company is still young, so the product has not yet reached its full maturity. There can be minor bugs, although the team is very responsive to fix them. Also, the system implementation success depends on vendor adoption and when we started, a bit of education or convincing was needed. What do you like best about Axya?

The ability to quickly see the status of all the requests for quotations (RFQ) that we are handling and all the purchase orders (PO) we have. The platform gives a status that allows my team to prioritize where to put their time and effort. At the beginning of each day, they review those statuses to know what their priorities are.

We also like the automated follow-ups and reminders the platform sends suppliers. They are based on our supplier's behaviors, and it allows us to focus on added-value tasks, knowing that suppliers will receive timely reminders. It is really easy to use and integrates with our messaging system, so we had nothing to change in our way of working.

Finally, we used the Axya directory to find new local partners for specific parts that we needed. Those parts were critical, and we wanted suppliers with specific certifications. Their customer support team was really helpful in finding the suppliers that we were looking for at first and now we are fully autonomous with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axya?

Initially, the supplier network focused only on CNC and Sheet metal in Quebec. Now they have a lot of suppliers in North America, and they cover a lot more processes. It would be great to have even more suppliers for electric components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axya?

The Axya platform has significantly helped us improve our bidding process. Given our organization's high turnover rate, it was very easy to lose track of our bidding processes through endless email chains, and we struggled to find suppliers that were suitable for our needs.

With Axya, we have a centralized location to send and receive submissions, and we can add or remove users as needed throughout the sessions. Thanks to the platform, we have much better efficiency and spend less time responding to emails. Finally, we have a record of each of the bids we have produced. What do you dislike about Axya?

The downside using Axya is the fact that the CAD visualizer still doesn't work for us when we upload parts. Also, i think the UI could be improved, as the response time of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really nice supplier directory a lot of suppliers are already on the platform if not Axya team is great at integrating them and are flexible with different supplier approach, the UI of the platform is really nice and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axya?

User management is lacking, it would be nice to be able to manage user’s access on each category of the platform like giving access to answer questions but not see the quotes, etc. You currently only have the option to give full access or restricted and to change access level you need to contact Axya.
