Great for cross-team visibility of our RFQs and Purchase Orders. This enabled us to standardize processes that used to be different from one buyer to another. This means it is now much easier to follow a colleague's work and to replace someone gone on holiday. I expect it will also benefit us when we hire new collaborators. The Axya team was also able to customize data synchronization with our ERP using an API to eliminate a lot of manual data entry that we used to do. This custimuzation requires a lot more preparation but should pay off quickly. The PO module sends purchase orders that we first generated in our ERP and follows up with vendors automatically, saving time for the buyers to address other tasks. Overall the software is easy to use for most people and we only needed one or two hours of training to get our team started.
