**What do you like best about Awork Flow?**

The best thing about Awork Flow is how it brings all the difficulties of hiring process into one place and solves them in a neat way. Our team has tried multiple ATSes, but they all were lacking some essential features that were crucial to us and for that reason, they never "clicked". Using them felt clunky. At some point we were even considered reaching out to the Tech department and asking them to write our own, until Awork contacted us and offered their product "Flow" with a membership. Initially, I was very skeptical, thinking it was just another ATS. However, after the demo and using it for two weeks, my skepticism turned into appreciation for the simplicity and effectiveness of their solution.

Awork team has been especially supportive. Since they are a startup and we are one of the first customers, they improved upon our feedback extremely quickly. The past few months has been great and moving away from our old ATS feels like a breath of fresh air.

**What do you dislike about Awork Flow?**

Probably the only downside of Awork Flow has been their AI with the CVs in Georgian language. I understand that it's a difficult language to work with and I have to admit it has been getting better, but still. The AI works fine with CVs in English language though.

**What problems is Awork Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awork Flow solves several key problems in our hiring process. Specifically when working with thousands of applications every single day it's important to have a good centralized and customizable recruitment process. Awork Flow eliminates need for any other external tools needed for organizing applicants, processing and scoring them.

I also appreciate how thoughtfully designed the user experience is. All the essential features and functionalities that an HR team needs are immediately accessible, while more complex options are intuitively organized within menus, keeping the interface clean and uncluttered. For instance, when we hired two new HR assistants in September, they became proficient within just a few days—handling the system as if they had been using it for years.

And lastly I want to highlight the communication and calendar modules. These tools help us seamlessly manage messages, emails, notifications, and meetings with our HR team, candidates, potential supervisors, and anyone else involved in the hiring process. By having everything in one place, we ensure that no important interviews are missed and that key individuals are always included in crucial meetings, avoiding any accidental oversights
