The best thing about Awork Flow is how it brings all the difficulties of hiring process into one place and solves them in a neat way. Our team has tried multiple ATSes, but they all were lacking some essential features that were crucial to us and for that reason, they never "clicked". Using them felt clunky. At some point we were even considered reaching out to the Tech department and asking them to write our own, until Awork contacted us and offered their product "Flow" with a membership. Initially, I was very skeptical, thinking it was just another ATS. However, after the demo and using it for two weeks, my skepticism turned into appreciation for the simplicity and effectiveness of their solution. Awork team has been especially supportive. Since they are a startup and we are one of the first customers, they improved upon our feedback extremely quickly.
