I like that Avionté keeps our data in one place. I also appreciate using Adobe to set up onboarding documents. The universal search on the top right of Avionté Bold is widely used, making it a standout feature. Avionté Bold, along with the back office Classic version, works well for processing payroll and invoicing. Talent searches can be improved and being able to search by placements and not just Talent. The ability to download more than 500 records at a time to Excel when doing Talent searches is a major issue for us because our users forget to go to the second or third page to download the rest since there is a 500 record limit. Avionté is the lifeline of our business, supporting both our front and back office, as well as sales and recruiting efforts. Communication with tech support has sometimes been difficult. There are a lot of emails back and forth that get lost in translation or the desired outcome that shouldn't happen. When I first started working in this industry, I didn’t have any experience with an ATS system. I worked in Classic for a couple of years, and then Bold was rolled out, offering a new, innovative, updated platform that was easier to follow.

In the nine years I’ve worked in Avionte, I’ve seen how much it has simplified our onboarding process. What used to take hours of manual work—data entry and filing—is now available at the push of a button. Avionte has also partnered with several integrations that have provided us enormous support, such as Equifax and Adobe Docs.

Reporting: I do think the reports offered by Avionte could be improved. It’s hard to see which areas need attention when I can’t access the reporting information easily. Right now, I’m spending hours manually pulling two or three separate reports just to build a manual report/dashboard so I can analyze certain KPIs across our organization. I love how Avionté keeps all of our data in one spot, streamlining operations from applicant data collection to payroll and billing. It's incredibly useful to have everything organized in one system, ensuring no loss of information. The time capture feature and PixelBot for interviews and screenings, as well as the ease of setting up interviews through texting, enhance efficiency. I found the initial setup process challenging, not because of the software itself, but because our lack of prior experience with similar software made it difficult to understand everything that was involved. I think it would have been easier with a direct contact who had prior experience with Avionté. In the implementation process, the explanation of the end product could have been clearer. While the trainings were thorough, it was sometimes hard to connect what was learned to the actual use. More opportunities to interact with the system in a 'sandbox' environment would be beneficial. I love that our options matter with Avionté; they are always improving and moving their systems forward to ensure clients like us are always prioritized. I feel like Avionté could improve by providing more alerts, especially alerts for employees when they miss a punch in the mobile app in real time. We rely on being informed when employees don’t show up so we can stay ahead in supporting our clients. What I like best about Avionté is that it gives us the tools to work smarter and more efficiently. I appreciate how the system continues to evolve and supports collaboration across the team. One area where we see an opportunity for improvement is having two separate platforms that require us to work in parallel. While both systems provide valuable tools and resources, managing information across two platforms can sometimes create additional steps and require extra coordination.

We are looking forward to a future integration or merge that will allow us to have a more seamless experience, improve efficiency, and simplify our daily processes. Bringing everything together into one unified platform would help teams collaborate more effectively and allow us to focus even more on providing excellent service. I find Avionté easy to learn, which makes the initial setup not bad despite some learning curves and operator errors. The support team responds quickly, which is really important when dealing with processing over 600 employees, especially when I'm always on a time crunch. I also like the ease of processing payroll with Avionté, as it makes handling large volumes simpler compared to other software I've used. I really enjoy how simple and easy it is to navigate Avionte. I just started using it 3-4 months ago. In the past when I was learning how to use it I ran into some problems that needed help with support. The Avionte support team is very helpful and walked me through any issues or confusions I had. I would say the contact side of Avionte could be improved as I feel it lacks mass actions and features that the talent side has.
