**What do you like best about Avionté?**

It is fairly easy to use. I really like the dashboard page with the widgets.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

All the new updates are making the system hard to use. We try a new tool and have to turn it off because it doesn't work. I wanted to love tags but it isn't pulling anyone when we try to use the tool on a job order. Avionte is great at making promises and showing impressive tutorials but awful with their follow through. We are currently looking into upgrading the system. It seems like every upgrade they make, something else breaks. Its incredibly frustrating when I go to use a new tool that I am excited about and it can't give me the data I need. A perfect example is the reporting in BOLD. I was very excited to try the new reporting in BOLD. It worked for some reports, but the most important report I use every week, Analyze Time Report, was producing zero data. Therefore, we had to turn the update off again.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have recently resovled the security issue. It was fairly easy to login before. Now the 2 step verification makes it feel more secure.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

I've since paid more attention to Web Applicants and like the ease in pipelining, rejecting, etc. candidates that apply to jobs.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

I still find it difficult to locate certain names I search. You have to type the name exactly how it shows in the database or it won't appear. If there's an extra dash, middle initial, etc., it most likely won't pop up and you have to search by phone number and/or email.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Make sure Avionte has the capability to do everything you need it to.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As long as I maintain it, Avionte helps me keep my candidates in each job organized, which is very helpful in quickly identifying who's been submitted, nominated, interviewing, etc.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

There are a lot of integrations options to help with compliance, reporting, and marketing (sourcing). 
Additionally they do have a few automations that helps with the recruiting process that helps with day to day.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

It would be nice to have a customizable instance where we could hide activities, which would help more with consistent recruiting processes. Later this would help with reporting. Overall, I do not see anything at this time that I would do differently.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping with the administrative burden of recruiting. Compliance is important as well. They do a great job at communicating about new state laws, payroll, and compliance updates.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

The Avionte software is an integral part of our business. This is where everything is processed from front office to back office, and is used on a daily basis by all users across our company. The integrations with other applications are very beneficial when streamlining internal and external processes. We have a dedicated account rep that is reachable and attentive to our needs and business conditions. As with any software implementation, there are stress factors and resistance to change. That has been our biggest hurdle: getting our internal users to use the system efficiently and effectively, as intended, and by following our company specific workflows, created as best practices, to ensure the utmost efficiency. We value our partnership with the Avionte team, and see them as an extension of our business.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The Avionte Support center can be overwhelming and inefficient at times. It is hard to search for articles because sometimes they don't use the same verbiage as the software uses, which produces inaccurate results, so you have to know how to search the portal to get what you need. When submitting a support ticket, the support issues seem to be "tiered," and start with one person and are escalated to other "subject-specific" experts as needed, which can lead to a delay in a resolution or response. When having trouble with data syncing from integrated applications, it can be hard to tell who is responsible for resolving the issues: Avionte OR the Integrated Partner, so that can get a little dicey when trying to resolve a significant issue, in a timely manner. 

Since we have a lot of trouble with adaptation from our internal staff, it would be great if Avionte had a division that monitored system usage on a regular basis, pointing out possible bottlenecks or unnecessary steps in our processes, advising on how to do things more efficiently and/or where we need to improve on internal training of our users. 

The only other thing: it would be great if they had more partner integrations for Accounting software. They do not offer a general ledger/financial statement solution within the Avionte software itself, and currently, the only integrated partner is Quickbooks, which is not an effective Accounting software solution for our business.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the recruitment and onboarding process of candidates, which allows us to place candidates quicker and track KPI's in relation to customer service.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

Avionte is my first experience with an Applicant Tracking System and something I really appreciate and find helpful about Avionte is two things: The amount of support our organization receives consistently from the Avionte Team and secondly: the amount of resources available through Avionte University and other tools that make Avionte overall very easy to use and because it is something that we use constantly, it has been amazing thus far.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

Nothing is perfect, and while overall Avionte is amazing, it is not perfect. As an HR Generalist one of the main things that I use Avionte for on a daily basis is acquisition for our internal roles. Posting roles directly from Avionte to LinkedIn has been difficult and has required work on the backend that posting to other job boards, such as Indeed, has not required. Secondly, when adding a candidate into the system, not requiring an address would be helpful. The current process for that right now is if an applicant's resume does not have a specific address, which is the majority of them, a fake address has to be typed in in order for that applicant/candidate to be pipelined to a specific role.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an organization that receives hundreds of applications to our roles every week, Avionte has provided a calm to the storm. Because the interface is so user friendly and overall easy to use, it makes the understanding and collection of all of the steps that goes into recruitment, onboarding, etc simple

BOLD is not great.  The changes they've made to it within the last year have been incredibly disruptive and unhelpful for our business.  It's almost as if they are not listening to their customers needs/wants before considering specific product updates and it's incredibly frustrating. 

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our product enhancements have not been implemented.  Based on the price to functionality ratio of 24/7, I'm not sure if the things Avionte is working on truly benefit us.

What I like best about Avionté is how user friendly and streamlined the platform is. It keeps everything in one place from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and reporting, which makes day-to-day tasks so much easier. I appreciate how intuitive the system feels, reducing the learning curve for new associates while still offering powerful tools for more complex needs. Their customer support team is also reliable and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference. Avionté helps create efficiency and consistency, giving me confidence that our staffing processes are running smoothly.

Sometimes progress takes a little longer to arrive, but when the enhancements are released, Avionté proves to be a strong and valuable system to stay connected with.

I have the same thoughts about the Activities tab in a candidate / client profile. Activities tab is too spaced out. Sometimes have to scroll for pages to find information. Formatting needs to be more condense.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

The best thing is the sheer number of features it packs into a single system. Our team is in Avionté constantly it's central to our frequency of use because it handles everything from applicant tracking to final billing. We don't have to jump between programs, which is a huge plus. On top of that, when we do run into complex issues, the customer support has been really solid. They're responsive and have helped us navigate some of the trickier parts of the software.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

The biggest downsides are the ease of use and the initial setup. The ease of implementation was a major challenge for us; it was a much more involved process than we expected. That complexity carries over into the day-to-day, as the interface isn't very intuitive and has a steep learning curve for new hires. Additionally, the ease of integration with our other software tools has been a bit clunky and required more manual workarounds than we would have liked.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avionte solves the core business problem of inefficiency. We were wasting too much time on manual data entry between separate systems for tracking, timekeeping, and billing. The benefit is having a streamlined, end-to-end process in one platform. This reduces errors, saves our team significant administrative time, and ensures all our operational data is consistent and in one place.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

I love how Avionté keeps all of our data in one spot, streamlining operations from applicant data collection to payroll and billing. It's incredibly useful to have everything organized in one system, ensuring no loss of information. The time capture feature and PixelBot for interviews and screenings, as well as the ease of setting up interviews through texting, enhance efficiency. I appreciate the support I receive for any questions or concerns, including the opportunity to connect with developers who welcome feedback.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

I found the initial setup process challenging, not because of the software itself, but because our lack of prior experience with similar software made it difficult to understand everything that was involved. I think it would have been easier with a direct contact who had prior experience with Avionté. In the implementation process, the explanation of the end product could have been clearer. While the trainings were thorough, it was sometimes hard to connect what was learned to the actual use. More opportunities to interact with the system in a 'sandbox' environment would be beneficial.

Avionté centralizes all our data, improving payroll and billing processes and keeping us organized. It streamlines applicant, client information, and onboarding processes, preventing data loss and optimizing our staffing operations.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

Avionte integrates with several partners that allows for us to house almost all of our important functions in one place. They are always updating and introducing new features that show us that they are listening and working to stay competitive against other ATS platforms. We specifically enjoy the nomination stages and the ability to customize them in a way that works best for our team.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

I tend to run into issues with the reporting tab. There are some reports that just load and load one day and work the next. I wish we could customize the reporting without an added cost. Additionally, we don't find the AutoMatch feature very helpful, but I was told at the conference that it would be getting upgrades.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avionte has helped us improve our transparency. As a recruitment manager, I am better able to see where we are with all of our openings and obtain metrics on time-to-fill, turnover, etc.

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

For the most part, it is very customizable to our needs.  I love that all of our branches can communicate through the messages of all employees. The layout is user friendly.  They are continuously updating their product to benefit the needs of their users.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

When things don't work correctly, it sometimes takes quite a while to get fixed if the need isn't immediate.  Many enhancement requests go unnoticed, some that we feel are significant improvement upgrades that are needed for the product to work more smoothly for our team.

Definitely something worth considering!

The different vendors that they have paired with make things quicker and easier for everyone involved.  AI is big talk right now and it seems that they are doing everything they can to be right where they need to be.

I like that Avionte keeps everything tied together for staffing. It’s quick to navigate, updates in real time, and makes day to day tasks easier without a ton of extra steps.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

Some parts still feel a little clunky or limited, and certain tasks take more clicks than they should. It’s good, but there’s definitely room for smoother workflows.

Avionte pulls recruiting, onboarding, and timekeeping into one place, so I’m not bouncing between systems. It cuts down on errors, speeds up daily tasks, and makes it easier to track candidates from start to finish.

The Avionte platform has been incredible to streamline internal processes, and add in features needed to improve the daily activities for our recruiters.

Sometimes submitting tickets is a little tricky, but even with that said the support team is very good at getting back to us with responses quickly!

Avionte is allowing our company to streamline processes amongst multiple divisions, able to quickly move through the onboarding process with new candidates, and moving to close open jobs more efficiently!

Their strategy of developing a well organized, single solution platform that integrates all of the best-in-class partners required to success is making a massive difference in our business.    Additionally, our customer success and account executive team are remarkable and dedicated individuals who have gone to great lengths to understand my business and its evolving needs.    This pairing of human and technological resources give our firm a clearer strategy and produce a meaningful difference in our operations.

At times, new enhancements or rollouts can cause unplanned disruption to unrelated functions or processes within the system.   While they always get fixed in due time, these can cause frustration when they are stumbled upon and cause some disruption to the day.   These typically do not impact core functionality, fortunately.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avionte provides the core software our entire business operates upon.    It streamlines our business functions and allows us to perform all operations from one central hub.   This has proven to be particularly impactful by integrating the required support vendors and processes.   In a world full of constant logins, MFA, and other time constraints, Avionte has developed a solution that keeps our team focused on the data their role needs, while centralizing our entire business.

The need for more of the back and bold working together faster.  Need to work on better quick tabs to get to fields faster.
Follow ups on tickets needs to be faster instead of us always looking 3-4 times a day to see if anyone has looked or is working on a ticket we have created.  Lack of commumication needs to be a little bit better on Avionte's side of things

Have to have search engine for a full social security number.  Disappointed that this is not an option - Courts and IRS do not care what employees have for an email address.

I love the reporting and ability to track every step in the system.
The nominate process is great because it encourages users to follow the process, to include following the candidate through, every step of the way. It also automates activity logs, which used to have to be done separately, in Classic. 
There are lots of integrated partners to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

One missed step could mean inaccurate reporting. Training on audit procedures would be most helpful. 
There are significant columns missing (that seem very easy to map) on some of the reports in BOLD. 
Activities are hard to read, as in: nothing "jumps" out at you on a profile. 
With only being a front and 1/2 back-office system, we have to manually post entries every week from Avionte to our accounting software. We have to continue to update mapping as needed in the GL. An all-in-one back office system to include financial reporting and accounts payable, would be fantastic.
I wish there were complimentary new user training (BESIDES Avionte university).
There are lots of integrated partenrs to choose from (almost overwhelming, and they're all rather expensive additions).
The Avionte software is very expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Make sure your entire staff is onboard...if they're not ready or not willing, then they should move on or be replaced. You have to have 100% participation with everyone wanting the implementation to be 100% successful in helping each person do their day to day job. 

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized document storage, ability to track user progress, candidate tracking (step-by-step with BOLD), an extensive selection of reports, ability to automatically email invoices. Unfortunately, we're not seeing any ROI, BUT that is not necessarily related to the Avionte software, itself.

Avionte's staffing software has continued to evolve over the years and change with the needs of their customers. The improvements that have been made over the years have really helped our business provide the top tech to make us both effecient and competitive.

One of the biggest struggles over the years with Avionte has been their customer support. From the start, we had issues getting our problems resolved and our questions answered. Even a year ago, we still had frustrating times that we thought could have and should have been dealt with in a more timely manner and with more motivation.

The main focus for Avionte that really benefits all customers is the need to evolve in an ever changing market. If a business is not focusing on adjustments that need to be made today for the change of tomorrow, then the clock is ticking for that company. Thankfully, Avionte understands this and is contining to provide tech that is needed in the staffing industry.

Avionte has helped our company better organize our processes and has increased our efficiencies in many ways. Instead of being dependent on paper documents and paper processes we have been able to work strictly on digital records.

I like many of the new features in Avionte Bold, but I do have concerns with some of the features that we are losing moving from Classic to Bold. We are learning new ways to complete the same processes, so perhaps things will be better once we get the hang of it.

Avionte is a very user friendly system that is easy to use and it doesn't take very long to complete the tasks I need to do in there (opening job orders). Some other system I use are much more clunky and have too many unnecssary steps.

Sometimes while using Avionte, it runs very slow and seems to go offline a couple times a week. This can be frustrating since I'm usually using Avionte for less than 30 minutes a day.

Avionte allows us to have everything we need all in one place, from onboarding to being able to communicate with candidates directly through Avionte. It helps us a lot with the client side of things too by having a list of key contacts that we can easily and quickly identify.

It's a pretty solid ATS that gets the job done for our needs.  The reporting can be pretty robust and it's got some good search features.  I've used a few other platforms and this ranks somewhere in the middle.

I wish there were some more features around more simplified reporting to show candidates that are in active workflows, what status they're in, and when they were put there.  All of this info seems to be spread across multiple reports and can't seem to be put into one place.

The most helpful thing is the onboarding process has been expidited. they have taken into account the issues that we have and are attempting to make this a more useable program for our business model. The 24/7 app is an awesome adition and i am excited to see it work once its fully integrated.

There are constant changes that cause bugs in other areas, there hasnt been one day where we dont have an issue with the way something is functioning. Consistancy in verbage and functions site wide would be more useful. The search function on quick place would be nice to have on all searches wher you can sort on the one line. as well as being able to search a known office name in the normal search bar. it would also be fnice to be able to see a snapshot of just one office within a client without having to go to back office. i miss a ton of the things that back office had including how easy it was to view community and employee pages

The software has not solved any issues, our processes are the same or longer then they were before. i have been in communication with the develpoment team and i am confident that they are taking our issues into consideration and hope to see more changes soon.

I like that everything is seamless and everything connects very intuitively. I think most of the features make sense and are really easy to use. The software is customizable for your business needs so you can always add or remove things you need or things that you think of later down the road after using it for a little while.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

Sometimes the software lags, takes a long time to load, or the entire system is down and you have to wait for it to come back online. Also, the job wrapping for job postings does not give us as much applicants as it would posting directly on job board sites. Not sure if this is something Avionte is working on improving, but applicant flow is super important for recruiting. Also, if you are sending an email, it should automatically send a text as well because it's a lot more clicking at the end of the day and the goal of using a software like this is to save more time.

**Recommendations to others considering Avionté:**

Recommend internet based ATS systems because they are easier to work with. Definitely helps a lot in automating tasks that would take up a lot of your time. You can customize it for your needs, so think of what you can make better and you can request it to be integrated for your companies needs.

Problems we are solving with Avionte software is streamlining basic tasks that would take too long to do in our old software. Everything is accessible in the cloud so you can always log in through your phone if you need to grab a piece of information really quickly. Benefits I have realized includes the convenience of being able to access information quickly and being able to see your daily stats as well as others in one place. Also, getting notifications when new jobs open, when jobs are filled, and updates on that status of all the jobs in our system.

Avionte's Back Office game is strong! Payroll, Billing, and overall set up is great! All information flowing from the front office (where sales and recruiting live) to back office (operational functions) is Amazing!

We aren't a Light Industrial company, so we have to have work arounds to get Avionte to do what we need it to do. That's not necessarily Avionte's fault, it's just a bummer for us. Avionte does have the ability to be customizable in some aspects, but most of those aspects aren't self service.

Really at this point there is not much, as we are paying for something that we do not even get to utlize all the product fetures because they are still not live with them. They have technology issues and dont seem to really care about what problems it causes for there clients. Its a deal with type attitude along with here is a complicated way for a work around instead of just fixing the issues or telling the client we will get on this and get it fixed...they dont take resposibility and blame everyone else.

At this point everything . I would warn anyone looking to change ATS system to think long and hard before moving forward.

Recruitment Marketing is a Joke...and really its false statement in my eyes .......Onboarding no clue as it is still not live for our company and the app is just sitting there because there product is still not live. Even though they are billing for it and dont care that you are paying for a product you cant utlize.

Very easy to organize and structure with optional widgets for the info you use.  It also has a decent calendar with color-coordinated events that make keeping track of everything easy.

You have to clear your cache in Chrome a lot.  It's a quick fix whenever an update comes along or a page won't load - but it gets annoying to keep clearing everything.

Avionte BOLD is a great system of record to file cabinet documents, integrations, and Talent tags. The ability to sort and tag Talent allows for a diverse and targeted sourcing strategy out of the ATS.

The downside of using BOLD is with all of the data present, not all of the data can be sorted and reported better. A more robust or customized reporting system would greatly improve the user experience.

My main complaint is lack in AdHoc reporting and customizable fields and workflows. Often it seems like the features and modules they release are not 100% ready.

Giving our candidates a way to complete paperless onboarding is the biggest benefit. Mapping thorugh the Adobe e-docs has helped decrease the time it takes to complete the necessary paperwork.

Many of the Avionte team members were once in the staffing industry! They know what we need their software to do becuase they were once in our seat! The team members are so helpful and very friendly!

Many aspects of Avionte is configurable, but I wish it was more self-serve customizable. Avionte was made with the light industrial industry in mind and that's not what we are. Overall, the software does what we need it to do, just not always what we want it to do!

Great for processing high volume in terms of both onboarding on the front office side and pay/bill on the back office side.  They offer and extensive full suite solution and continue to add new partners on their end that are vital to our business

The current Bold environment still needs some improvement as they work to mold the front office and back office together.  The seperation of data proves challenging form some high level reporting

Bold main draw for us was solving the problem of mobile marketing and onboarding.  The move to a web browser, the adobe sign integrationa and the roll  out in white lable app onboarding shows they are keeping up the current market.

I like the ability to customize reports, and to have it as a central database of candidates and contacts. I like a lot of the tools it has included. I appreciate that Avionte Support has been much better in recent months.

The embedded job boards are poorly designed, outdated, and not mobile mobile-optimized as they could be. It lacks the additional customizations to create an impressive job board, which forces Avionte clients to use other companies like Haley Marketing to create better job boards for their websites. The integration with Indeed and ZipRecruiter could be improved. We are not able to change profile status in bulk for contacts. I don't like that we had to pay more for INSIGHTS. Seems like that should come standard with the software. I don't like that all the information we add to the HMC used is visible to candidates when they log in to their portal.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the integration with Sense! Before we had Avionte, we used paper and files for everything. Avionte has been a dramatic improvement since then. I appreciate the new tools, and integrations between front office (Bold) and back office (Classic).

**What do you like best about Avionté?**

Avionte has given our company the ability to put the focus back on value-added activities. The software has allowed our recruiters to spend more time interviewing candidates and developing relationships with them and spend less time sourcing talent, posting jobs, and other administrating work that would've taken them hours.

**What do you dislike about Avionté?**

There is not much I don't like about Avionte software. I do wish the widgets on the Bold recruiter dashboard were more like the counters in Classic. For instance, the "My Branch Open Orders" counter was great because you could see all of the orders for your branch. However, now every branch member has to be named a "job owner" on every job for your branch in order for it to show up on their Open Order widget. Also, the newest 50 applicant widget does not remove talent once their status has been changed and includes all new talent (including resume parses and manually entered talent) whereas the "Online Applicant" counter in Bold updated once the talent's staus changed. This makes it to where we have a to run a report to get a call list of newest online applicants kind of defeating the point of the widgets in my opinion.

**What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before migrating to Bold, each of our branches kept a Google Doc of every open position, all of the potential candidates for those positions, and where in the process those candidates were before their start date. They did this so they could have a snapshot of everything going on in the branch in one place, and it could be updated instaneaously. However, this prevented upper leadership from seeing the branchs' activities and was not a very secure place to store this sensitive information. Now with the pipeline and nomination processes in Bold, our recruiters can update a talent's stage in the hiring process that also logs an acitivity in the talent's profile. The Candidate Processing Report and Latest Candidate Stages Report have eliminated the need for the Google Doc, and everyone in the company can have access to this information at any time. We've also used the nomination process to reduce the use of our Outlook calendar and keep job related activities in the Events Calendar on the users' dashboard. It's been a huge improvement for the company to have all of this information in a centralized place and has reduced the amount of repetitive work on the recruiters' and onboarding specialists' ends.

This is a hard question. I would not say I dislike anything but the way the texting works is not my favorite.
