I found the initial setup process challenging, not because of the software itself, but because our lack of prior experience with similar software made it difficult to understand everything that was involved. I think it would have been easier with a direct contact who had prior experience with Avionté. In the implementation process, the explanation of the end product could have been clearer. While the trainings were thorough, it was sometimes hard to connect what was learned to the actual use. More opportunities to interact with the system in a 'sandbox' environment would be beneficial. What I like best about Avionté is that it gives us the tools to work smarter and more efficiently. I appreciate how the system continues to evolve and supports collaboration across the team. Features such as employee onboarding, applicant tracking, payroll processing, timekeeping, reporting, and centralized employee information make it easier to manage daily processes and improve accuracy. Having important information accessible in one platform helps streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and allows us to focus more on providing great service to our clients and team members. While both systems provide valuable tools and resources, managing information across two platforms can sometimes create additional steps and require extra coordination. We are looking forward to a future integration or merge that will allow us to have a more seamless experience, improve efficiency, and simplify our daily processes. Bringing everything together into one unified platform would help teams collaborate more effectively and allow us to focus even more on providing excellent service. I really enjoy how simple and easy it is to navigate Avionte. I just started using it 3-4 months ago. In the past when I was learning how to use it I ran into some problems that needed help with support. The Avionte support team is very helpful and walked me through any issues or confusions I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Avionté? All the new updates are making the system hard to use. We try a new tool and have to turn it off because it doesn't work. I wanted to love tags but it isn't pulling anyone when we try to use the tool on a job order. Avionte is great at making promises and showing impressive tutorials but awful with their follow through. We are currently looking into upgrading the system. It seems like every upgrade they make, something else breaks. Its incredibly frustrating when I go to use a new tool that I am excited about and it can't give me the data I need. A perfect example is the reporting in BOLD. I was very excited to try the new reporting in BOLD. It worked for some reports, but the most important report I use every week, Analyze Time Report, was producing zero data. I like that Avionté keeps our data in one place. I also appreciate using Adobe to set up onboarding documents. The universal search on the top right of Avionté Bold is widely used, making it a standout feature. Avionté Bold, along with the back office Classic version, works well for processing payroll and invoicing. Talent searches can be improved and being able to search by placements and not just Talent. The ability to download more than 500 records at a time to Excel when doing Talent searches is a major issue for us because our users forget to go to the second or third page to download the rest since there is a 500 record limit.
