What do you like best about Avature?

When you do need Avature to develop customized features, they are usually possible but resources in the development team and support teams can mean you have to wait a while. (but a lot is already in the customers hands so it's not always an issue) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avature?

Avature is the real deal when it comes to recruitment insights using data. It also helps to stay on track with the recruitment process throughout the stages. Very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avature?

There was a much-needed design upgrade, with the latest update things are much better. Only the fact we didn't like was very less options to customize or make mandatory in the tool apart from what already exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use ATS"

What do you like best about Avature?

Easy to move candidates through different stages in the recruiting process and be able to audit and track performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avature?

Can't go back and change the status when needed and have to submit a ticket every time to correct it on the backend. Also cannot track the performance month-wise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Avature?

Avature is best used when creating profiles for applicants applying for a wide range of positions. It could be entry level to even a managerial post that would let you (a recruiter) update any necessary details of the candidate after initial screening. We can also update the steps in the candidate profile and Avature updates them (Via email) if the candidate is qualified or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Avature:

Avature is a great tool that recruiters may leverage in terms of volume hiring. It is a tool that can work 24/7 and we should leverage this since it can benefit us when it comes to processing a large pool of candidates and given them the best candidate experience in the recruitment process. What problems is Avature solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems I have encountered are probably down times of the website. There are times where I am not able to access it, probably some system maintenance that Avature is doing. What do you like best about Avature?

Ease of use. As a client, I find it quite flexible to meet the ever growing needs of our various markets. Learning curve is not a concern. Our Recruiters and SUs community got reasonably good hands-on in decent time. Support mechanism is good and TAT from the tech support is reasonably quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avature?

Lead time in providing the requirements/features not in Avature is on a higher side. With ever changing needs and competitive environments, Avature needs to be more agile when it comes to fulfilling the business critical requirements. Sometimes, there are multiple teams for us to refer to - Consulting, Tech support, Account Management. I think there should be a single SPOC towering all 3 so that we can raise our concerns/issues in more suitable manner and at right forum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
