Version control only solves part of the problem if teams are still copying numbers manually between systems. I’d test one late financial change and trace whether it updates every affected disclosure while preserving who changed what and which version was approved. That feels closer to the real 11 p.m. filing scenario than testing collaboration on a document whose underlying numbers stay conveniently fixed.
