easy to ROI analysis

This product is complete and come with lot of out of box capabilities which make usage & implementation easy.

Ease of use by the business functions post implementations. Pro-active alerts in case of down-times , pre-requisite un-availability/inaccurate.

As a software developer, I can customize my flow activities can bring in new changes without writing much of the redundant code at many places which add to the scalability and agility. Also, makes it easier to debug when comes to exception handling in terms of business and applications

All you need is functional knowledge or domain knowledge.

This keeps you far far away from hardcore programming paradigms.

What do you dislike?

Initial learning curve is bit of time consuming.

Over a period of time, RPA will be a virtual workforce for the organisation, especially when the bot count goes big. An organisation, needs to have clear documentation of business rules built in the bot along with strong infra support for sustenance. SuperBot has helped us for pro-active bot failures & resolutions for the same.

"Complete process automation with Zero Human intervention"

What do you like best?

The ease of use with workflow creation, It provides a grab and drop functionality which requires zero coding and doesn't require one to be a technical expert or a coder

What do you dislike?

Chatbot and AI framework needs to improve and should be able to integrate with other Cloud based ITSM tools as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a very versatile tool with lots of ready connectors to various applications, and business tools. Leverage the AutomationEdge by not only automating IT processes from your ITSM tool but also for automating business processes especially in areas of HR, Insurance, Finance etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We started with IT automation with use cases like ID creation, password reset, access provision, software install and uninstall to IT process automation like employee on boarding-de boarding, change of roles and access levels, License metering and consumption reports etc. We then proceeded to automate business process like, Salary processing, compensation processing, risk assessment etc. we have reduced the time to answer queries from 2 days down to one hour, Mean Time to fulfill a request has come down to 5 minutes (except IT hardware provisioning which is manual and not comes under AE) The overall business benefit realized is that efficiency of the over all delivery has increased by more than 30% as against the previous delivery mechanism, our C-SAT has increased from 8.2 to 9.1 in past 6 months ever since we have implemented AutomationEdge in our environment.

"The next generation AI leader and best process automation platform"

What do you like best?

The cost saved, workflows are getting completed without any manual intervation which is very likely feature. The bug free compltetion is giving more process competed on time are that brings lots of excitement in the the work enviroment. we long way to go and much more process to automate

What do you dislike?

The overall features considered to others are less. Need more detailed analytics and reposrtin which will give us good results. The customers are not happy with the pricing model. Its too high so a better attention here can resolve or say add more clitns on growth

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Jsut go for this automation edge application software and make you processes completed without any manual intervetion. The back office and front office processes are getting completed quick and error free. The operational efficieny got increased now

The internal process are automated now, which saving a lot of cost. The reconcilatio is error free which saves manual efforts and time to verify. The results are better and output is more that expected so we are the happy customers of it

"The process automation leader and nextgen platform for AI"

What do you like best?

The best thing about this is the process are now error free. Manual intervetion is very less now and we are getting happy customer of using this platform. The overall integartion with our internal application is really great and we are excited to use it at more ground level.

What do you dislike?

The anlytics and reporting is not that good, and need to add much more efforts to put it in front of other automation platforms. The overall pricing in also little big so need to put some thoughts to we can add more clients on table.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I request everyone to go for this process automation plaftform. This saved lots of our manual efforts as the workflow become now quick and error less. That increased the operational efficiency and overall sales got increased

The process from backoffice and front office as well geting completed now without any manual intervention. The cost getting saved as well. We are excited to apply this in remianing process flows

What do you like best?

With this platform in place lots of of front office, back office, middle office, and IT operations are now get automated which ssaving much time and causing less errors. business process automation technology based on the AI of metaphorical software robots is adding value to sales

What do you dislike?

The job loos is little worry in people as muhc work is geeting automated. The overall fear factor is there but i dont think that. The overrall cost of the platform is high can be minized so will add more customer to the growth

This will help you to your organization to automate your manual ,repetitive rule based tasks across all verticals. The processes become now getting completed without errors and operational efficiency got increased

What do you like best?

The best thing is cost saved. the results are looking quite exciting and back and front end processes are got automated . this saving a lots of cost which causing the revenue growth as well as other operational changes which affect the revenue and growth. We are excited and happy customer of this platform. The processes are bug free as manual intervention is very low, we great platform to b used and integrated with the others

What do you dislike?

The overall cost is too high. The integration with other platforms is not that easy. so lots many support call causes much more confusion. The operational efficiency goes down. so we recommend to improve this area

"New breakthrough in the RPA tool industry"

What do you like best?

This tool provides easy to use and effortless automation solution. It does not require prior coding knowledge. The drag and drop functionality is the best part. Of all the tools, this has the fastest spreadsheet processing even with tens of thousands of rows of data. Easiest tool to learn for a fresher

What do you dislike?

Have faced difficulties in scheduling bots. Would have been better if it provided better options to integrate with cloud based apps. A better customer support would be good.

This is great tool to start learning automation. One can start with tutorial on youtube uploaded by the team of automation edge

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This tool has been used to automate internal operations processes which included ServiceNow tool, automating mail, excel spreadsheets, websites, etc. The job which would earlier take around 3-4 hours now get completed in 15-20 minutes with better accuracy. We are going ahead with automating finance based processes now which would include automating multiple desktop tools, SAP and web based tools. A ticket is raised on workflow tool, which bot picks up, performs validations on the quality and accuracy of data, log on to desktop tool, make amendments and inform business once completed.

"Fast Implementation and Easy to Work With"

What do you like best?

It has a significantly strong Robotic process (what they advertise for). Exactly what we need regarding the future of automation and solution provider.

Nothing new, but the easy-to-use tool of the AutomationEdge can automate the simplest task with less work. Have great expectations in this.

What do you dislike?

Perhaps the only thing that is being difficult, is the bot scheduling. The interface, even being friendly and simple, could have a little bit more options in customization and implementation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Using AutomationEdge, you can save precious time programming and automating simple (or even complex) tasks. Simple and easy-to-use interface.

Time and complexity is the way to go with AutomationEdge

What do you like best?

The best about this is we have saved a lots of cost using this. The manual interaction in minimized and this saved our cost. Not only cost but also the time required got minimized and also the workflow become bug free as a result the insigts and completion rate is high

What do you dislike?

The overall costing of the application is very high and can be minimized. The integration of the application is not that easy and takes more time so this area for improvement. The new features and use of AI will add more clients to the portfolio

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I personally recommend using this platform for automation of tasks and process and back office and front office workflows. We are used this and got lots of benefits from this and happy customers of this platform

"The best RPA and ITPA tool in the market"

What do you like best?

Fastest spreadsheet processing, no coding required, ready bots RPA tool. Used for automating Both ITPA and RPA processes using AutomationEdge. AutomationEdge provide F3 RPA bot which we can use the tool live for free. This gives confidance to go further with this tool.

What do you dislike?

None at all. Its a very good and valueable tool with having all the features which we require.

"Hassle Free Implementation"

What do you like best?

AutomationEdge team understood the process well and implemented the solution without much hassle. They stick to the timeline and completed the project on time.

What do you dislike?

Not as such. As AutomationEdge was able to fullfill our requirement in automating Salesforce process and password reset process seamlessly, we didn't face any issue.
