Attentive is the most comprehensive SMS platform I've come across. It's user-friendly, has tons of great features and capabilities, is reasonably priced, and the customer support you receive is fantastic. The two-way conversation interface where you respond back to incoming text messages could be better. It's missing a lot of basic functionality like being able to tag messages, assign messages to team members to answer, etc. It's basic and works well, but there are a handful of features, if implemented, would make the experience much better for customer experience teams who field incoming messages from customers.
