ATOM11 is a very agile software that adapts quickly to the constantly changing Amazon PPC landscape. We use it across all of our agency accounts because the automation capabilities and optimization tools consistently save us time while driving better performance. Before switching to atom11, we had tried two other tools. Managing 10-15 Amazon accounts each month and handling ads manually was extremely time-consuming, especially since our team is quite lean. The rule-based automation in atom11 has made it much easier to manage bids, and we actually prefer it over AI-based solutions, as our previous experience with an AI tool left us disappointed and less confident in AI. I have to mention that their customer support stands out—they are always willing to get on a call whenever we encounter an issue. The search term report analytics have enabled our team to provide more accurate reports to each brand we manage. While we generally rely on rule-based automation, their AI recommendations have proven useful for one of our larger brands. The pricing is reasonable, and the tool is suitable for frequent use. Using atom11 I was able to grow my spends by 40% and STILL increase ROAS by 56%.

Ealier the tools that I was using, mostly focussed on bid and budget automation. atom11 focuses on growing overall sales. The way it is set up, I can take business inputs like ASIN wise sales, search ranks and Best seller ranks and run effective advertising.

Here are some things I really enjoy about atom11:

1. It solves "Where should I spend my money": they have this detailed Ad Spend Portfolio, where I can see how my ad money is distributed by product type, sub category, campaign type, KW type etc..

For ex. I used the ad spend profile by product type to discover that I was spending 30% of my budget on "low converting products". I reduced that to 18% and was immediately able to increase by ROAS as well as total sales.

Similarly, I am able to keep track of my branded KW spend. I make sure I never cross 30%, so that I am not artificially increasing ROAS.

2. It solves "Is my automation strategy working?": We use an elaborate dayparting strategy - we have aggressive dayparting for low performing campaigns and vice versa. Atom11 is the only tool that helps me evaluate results of these dayparting strategies so that I can keep improving them.

3. Rule-based Automation: I can set up rule based automation for anything - from KW performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACOS) to retail metrics like organic search. "atom11 is a unique combination of advertising, analytics and competitor tracking. Basically all the things you need to build a good advertising strategy and then implement it. It is a go-to tool because of the following reasons:

-Easy to RCA sales fluctuations, competitor strategy in one go, and build our own ad strategy basis this data

Apart from great features, the best thing about atom11 is that I am not left to analyze data on my own. Their easy to use UI helps me in simplifying analytics and take better decisions to grow my Amazon sales. Their platform really allows multiple teams to use 1 platform and stay informed with day to day changes that happen on our account ex. product suppressions, ad performance, SKU level sales, competition etc.. Secondly, their advertising automations help me take more decisions in a small amount of time.

I should also mention that the team does a great job at customer service - the team comes with great domain knowledge and they are very responsive to our requests. I feel confident while using their product, because managing advertising for Amazon is more than just using a product - you need to be on top of your strategies and atom11 team is a great partner to do that. We have multiple vendor accounts for our brands and atom11 doesn't give us the capability to add multiple vendor accounts in one dashboard. This usecase is specific to India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
