Atom11 is by far the best software tool out there for managing PPC. Originally I found atom11 when I was looking for a software that has a tool to turn ads on and off based on inventory. I had done that through API but it was cumbersome each time there was an issue to modify it. I found that atom11 is the best for multiple reasons. Any piece or pieces of data that Amazon provides to you in ads can be turned into an actionable event.. 2. You can automate any of these task. The customer support is beyond amazing:They respond very quickly, every time. They will work on any change you need that you spot that is relevant to you. There are at least 5 or 6 changes they made for me that were super helpful that I needed and they added it in to their software. Sometimes specific to my accounts or sometimes a system wide change. And they are actually really, really knowledgeable about Amazon PPC. They understand whatever issue I have and I never had a problem in communication. I have used at least 5 or 6 PPC software tools and I know this one is the best. It is also actually easy to use for beginners. The dashboards are perfect. The combination of retail performance data and ads performance data allows for a more holistic way to steer and manage accounts. What problems is atom11 solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing ads in silos gives only half the picture of account management. Layering retail data adds new dimensions of finding root cause for any performance fluctuations. Also, unlike other tools, Atom11 is really fast in syncing any changes made to bids, budgets etc. Most importantly, it takes away a lot of manual work in terms of optimizations, dayparting and reporting, helping us save time that can be invested on more important topics. As an agency founder, my personal favourite feature is the way Atom11 helps us understand why sales have slowed down and where to look. When an account dips, the usual scramble is pulling reports from three places to figure out if it's a ranking issue, a bidding issue, a competitor move, or something else entirely. Atom11 cuts through that, it surfaces the likely cause quickly, so my team can act instead of investigate. Beyond that, the feedback from my PPC team has been consistently positive. They find it easy to work with, the data is fast and actionable, and it fits cleanly into how we already run accounts. From my seat, that means less time on manual bid work and more time on strategy. That's huge for client conversations because we can show up with answers, not just "we're investigating." Second, it lets us apply consistent bidding across a portfolio of accounts without stretching senior PPC hours thin, which means we can scale the number of accounts we manage without a linear increase in headcount. Analytics: Real-time ad performance tracking, plus AMC insights, all in one unified dashboard. ACOS: Our ACOS dropped significantly after switching to atom11’s smart bidding tools. Atom11's tools are the best combination of advanced tech with allowing great control. It knows exactly where to draw the line with automation and give you the tools to make the best decisions for your campaigns. They provide very good support and are always available to help. They have improved the performance of our campaigns and our client's campaigns definitively across the board. The price is also extremely competitive. I like the data analytics - compare dashboard. It is so intuitive and built exactly how I wanted. I have all my data points at an ASIN level and I am able to compare two different time periods easily. Anything i want to evaluate I am able to do it in a few clicks. Very useful. After any big event, adjusting bids, targets, and campaign budgets used to be such a task for me.With Atom11’s version control, the whole process turned into a single click - I was able to roll back every change and get things back on track much faster. That’s by far my favourite feature on atom11 and it saves a ton of time. I also like how I am able to track how my automations are performing at a keyword level. They have this feature called the performance monitor which tells me the performance of my keywords before and after automation - this has proven super helpful in tweaking my automations basis performance.
