I have been managing Amazon PPC since 2013. Atom11 is by far the best software tool out there for managing PPC. Originally I found atom11 when I was looking for a software that has a tool to turn ads on and off based on inventory. I had done that through API but it was cumbersome each time there was an issue to modify it. I found that atom11 is the best for multiple reasons. Any piece or pieces of data that Amazon provides to you in ads can be turned into an actionable event.. 2. You can automate any of these task. The customer support is beyond amazing:They respond very quickly, every time. They will work on any change you need that you spot that is relevant to you. There are at least 5 or 6 changes they made for me that were super helpful that I needed and they added it in to their software. Sometimes specific to my accounts or sometimes a system wide change. And they are actually really, really knowledgeable about Amazon PPC. They understand whatever issue I have and I never had a problem in communication. I have used at least 5 or 6 PPC software tools and I know this one is the best. It is also actually easy to use for beginners. The dashboards are perfect. I absolutely love Atom11 and tell anyone in the Amazon space that is interested in listening.
