What do you like best about Atlar?

Having all our accounts in one place is very helpful, especially when working with multiple banks. It gives us a clear and consolidated view of our cash positions. The Atlar team has also been great throughout the implementation — very supportive, responsive, and easy to work with. What do you dislike about Atlar?

What do you like best about Atlar?

We highly appreciate the system integration and control that the platform offers, giving us visibility and control on our banking setup.

Very user-friendly platform, I onboarded someone on my team and in the same day she was running reports and approving transactions!

I also really appreciate the support and service level we get from the team: our Account Manager Edwin, always on top of everything, our Delivery Manager, Josefine, who knows everything we asks her and the Tech team that always works fast when we have any friction! What do you like best about Atlar?

We are still in the integration stage, but the team at Atlar have been helpful the whole way along. They took the time to understand our business needs and are all very capable and helpful - they have been proactive in managing the integration with our admittedly rather complex banking setup (through a custodian) and have made the process stress-free and easy (from our perspective - they've largely picked up the difficult parts).

Edwin (CS) and Josefine (Delivery Manager) have been a pleasure to work with so far, dealing directly with our banking partners so there's not much lift required from our side as the Customer.

Have not used it on live accounts so far but the Atlar platform itself seems intuitive and has useful features from my using it in a staging environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlar?

No real negatives to speak of thus far. Integration process takes a while but any delays have come from our bank, so not the fault of the Atlar team.

I was initially under the impression that Atlar had pre-existing connections with our bank and so was not aware until later into the conversation with their Sales team that an entirely new connection would need to be set up, but I didn't feel mislead at all in this process, and they were open about what they could and could not do. They could perhaps be clearer on this point earlier in the process /in their marketing material, but again I did not feel mislead at any point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Atlar is still a relatively new product, there are areas that aren’t yet working in the most optimal way. For example:

- CSV import validation is limited to 100 payments per batch

- Only three validation errors can be displayed at a time

- Counterparty information can’t be overwritten via file upload

What do you like best about Atlar?

Atlar has played a crucial role in addressing a significant challenge for us: managing multiple bank accounts across various countries and currencies. The platform offers a fast, consolidated view of our cash position and cash flow, which has saved us considerable time and effort.

The categorization features provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing our cash flow, delivering valuable insights that enhance our decision-making. What do you like best about Atlar?

- Very responsive and professional. Most technical issues were acknowledged quickly and solved within reasonable timelines.

Once the API was set up with our ERP system, most payments were processed without issues. In some cases, payments were delayed due to bank-specific configurations, which required support to resolve. What do you dislike about Atlar?

What do you like best about Atlar?

The addition of Atlar to our financial systems around Netsuite has been a great and valuable decision in terms of pushing efficiency, transparency and day-to-day workload reduction. On top of that, the team is super well educated and everyone knows what they are doing, being able to provide answers within no time at any time. Customer Onboarding and post-Sale care is great. The best experience I have ever had so far when implementing/integrating a new tool. We now use Atlar on a daily basis for AP processes and cash/liquidity forecasting. What do you dislike about Atlar?

There was not much to dislike about Atlar. One thing which is worth mentioning and you have to be aware of are the potential "hidden costs" that might come with the set-up of automated bank connections and other PSPs. What do you like best about Atlar?

The onboarding support was excellent – the team guided us through every step of the setup and made the integration with NetSuite and our banks smooth and painless. Before Atlar we constantly felt like we had lost control over what was happening with our bank files. With Atlar we now have full visibility, real-time control, and a system we can trust. What do you dislike about Atlar?

Nothing about the product itself – it has worked reliably and the support has been fantastic. If anything, I wish Atlar’s marketing and positioning had been stronger when we implemented NetSuite.
