**What do you like best about Atelier?**

We have been using Atelier for a couple of months in our architectural office and for me, as a lead architect and office owner, it changed how I run our projects.

One of the best parts for me is how much faster the client approval process became. We can put a presentation together very quickly, send it, and get feedback from everyone involved in one place. And the same items we use in the presentation are already in the furniture, lighting, and other schedules schedule, so we never lose track of what is approved and what is included in the project. Because of this we can give clients a budget much faster and with fewer mistakes.

I also like that I can create to-do tasks for different projects, track the time we spend on them, and invoice — all in the same space. Having so many functions together, with AI built in, saves us a lot of small daily friction.

The app is clean, simple and intuitive. I think this is because it was made by interior designers and architects for interior designers and architects — they know the process from inside, including the administrative part that most creative people struggle with.

Customer service is superb: fast and really helpful. The pricing is very reasonable for the bundle of functions and AI integration that you receive. The app performance is fast and reliable and integrates well through connectors with other AI and digital tools.

And what I appreciate most: it does not take away the fun of designing. It only removes the hurdles of turning a design into a real project with real materials, budgets and clients.

**What do you dislike about Atelier?**

It took a minute to get used to the interface and new workflow since before I worked in different apps for different functions. Also, it was a leap of faith to trust all these functions in one app. Originally I wasn't sure if it was worth it moving from familiar, though disparate, platforms to one but it worked well.

**What problems is Atelier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration of multiple administrative, presentational, organizational, and budgetary functions into one.
