&lt;p&gt;Bulk Drive permission management would be the workaround I’d most want to eliminate. Once an organization has thousands of files, manually identifying external access and fixing permissions becomes unrealistic. I’d want centralized visibility plus bulk remediation so IT can correct oversharing without resorting to GAM scripts or checking files individually.&lt;/p&gt;
