Their exam platform is easy to navigate and with their item bank, it is fairly easy to build your question library, assign questions to tests, and assign tests to individuals. Getting our exam results back out of the system has routinely proved problematic. Every now and then there are issues with a students access to their platform and when that happens or if the exam times out and the student doesn't actually click the button that they are done, then the exam results aren't available for download and it involves getting their customer service involved. It appears basically all their Tier II and Tier III support has been outsourced to off-shore entities and it has taken them as long as two weeks to be able to get us our exam results.
