I appreciate the capabilities of the tool, though the setup process took a bit longer than expected. Our internal team was partially responsible for the delay. The customer support is outstanding; available always for personalized resolution of any issues. The website is easy to utilize. A process that before implementing Arya services required an entire day of work, now takes minutes. This platform provides automation around payouts and clinician communication. I am able to upload data and have Arya calculate payouts for me and send all reports in one click. This saves a lot of time as I transit from creating multiple files to manually calculate payout, finding clinician payout breakdown manually, and sending them this breakdown via email.
