The implementation was practically seamless, with excellent communication throughout. And now, post-implementation, Arya is extremely responsive to any issues that arise and/or information requests. **What do you dislike about Arya Health?** Can't think of any from our perspective. **What problems is Arya Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arya has enabled us to change (improve) organizational economics by enabling us to better correlate total compensation with work performed/productivity at the individual level. This capability/outcome has been achieved with no additions to internal headcount (which likely would have been needed absent the Arya involvement). We are using the "Arya Pay" product, which automates variable pay calculation and payment every bi-weekly pay period. In addition, this tool provides our team members with access to a personalized variable pay dashboard that provides full details regarding their productivity and the corresponding variable pay. ### 2. Our Customer Success Manager, Stephen, is a pleasure to work with – he’s always helpful, responsive, and a great support! **What do you dislike about Arya Health?** I appreciate the capabilities of the tool, though the setup process took a bit longer than expected. Our internal team was partially responsible for the delay. As with any new implementation, some fine-tuning was needed to align it with our specific needs. Our Arya representative Stephen customized our payroll processing so that the output is in the format we are accustomed to using. Most importantly, employees have on demand visibility of real time pay classifications, clocked time and pay check details. **What do you dislike about Arya Health?** Have not noticed any downsides of using Arya Health for payroll processing. **What problems is Arya Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Arya Health has resolved the time required to calculate and organize payroll for complex compensation structures. ### 4. By far the best aspect is the level of service they provide - from custom development and deployment to onboarding, I felt supported throughout the implementation. **What do you dislike about Arya Health?** So far Kunal and team have addressed each concern we've raised and have even provided solutions we hadn't thought about. Frankly, it's as though we have bespoke software solution just for our needs. It's taken longer to implement than I expected, however most of the delay was on our side. **Recommendations to others considering Arya Health:** Working with Arya is an easy decision. They take service and support to the next level. **What problems is Arya Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to engaging Arya we were in a pattern of overpaying for certain incentives and underpaying for others - without the visibility to parse the two. Now, we have the ability to segment our workforce and deploy meaningful incentive plans that align the workforce with our company objectives. The end result is greater capacity, a happier workforce, and a feeling of granular control over our costs when we need to increase capacity without overpaying. ### 6. I am able to upload data and have Arya calculate payouts for me and send all reports in one click. This saves a lot of time as I transit from creating multiple files to manually calculate payout, finding clinician payout breakdown manually, and sending them this breakdown via email. All of our clinicians are able to see a pretty and clear breakdown showing their payout components. **What do you dislike about Arya Health?** Not really any downsides. This platform was able to adapt and adjust quickly to fulfill our growing and changing needs by building new features and reports. I really appreciate all the work there. **What problems is Arya Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating clinician payment calculation, payments, and payment breakdown reports. This saves lots of time and effort. I was able to work through all of these with our not-as-perfect databases. ### 7.
